5 /5 Jeanna Wardell: This is just the best place to have any and all dental work done. I cant say enough about the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Dr. Connell and his assistant McKenna are an excellent team. They go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable, and explain everything along the way. Kristi and the other staff at the front desk are top notch, and also very kind and caring. Even the office itself is beautiful and cozy.

After having multiple awful experiences in the past with other dentistry establishments, I was nervous and full of anxiety. Not only does Orchard Hills have a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. But, every single person that works here has a genuine smile on their face and treats you with the upmost respect. I no longer fear going to the dentist. I never thought I would say this, but I actually look forward to every appointment now! Thank you so much to everyone that works at Orchard Hills Dentistry! You’ve changed my mind about dentistry and have done absolutely amazing work!! I’ll be sure to go here as long as I live in the Yakima area!

Rachelle Drost: I took my son here for his first dentist appointment because it looked fun. I wanted him to have a good experience so he would want to go back and not have a negative association with going to the dentist. The play area is fun but that’s where it ended. If the dentist enjoys his work you’d never know it. He was in and out in 2 minutes. Made no attempt to even talk to my son at all, and claimed because we couldn’t get x-rays there’s no way to know if he has cavities without them, which is complete nonsense. I was a dental assistant for 12 years, yes you need X-rays to see cavities between the teeth but you can absolutely check for them on the biting surfaces. He said without x-rays we’d have to wait for a cavity to be obvious just by looking at it and we would need to sedate him and then fill it…and get x-rays. From what I can tell it’s just a “get as many people in and out as quickly as possible and get as much money as possible from each one”. Why else would you want to wait until a cavity is huge? Maybe if the didn’t seem to hate his job so much I could have been a nice experience. But, there was no oral hygiene instruction, no toothbrush and floss or little toy at the end. I just expected something different from a place that specialized in pediatric dentistry but the overall vibe is surprisingly depressing.

I had a tooth extraction and implant. Everything went exactly as promised. Had sedation (went to sleep) and had zero complications, no post-procedure bleeding or swelling. Didnt even need to take meds. From the front desk staff, to dental assistants to Dr. Tews care and after care, they are absolutely the best. You cannot go wrong with SunRidge Oral Surgery.

All 3 dentists have been highly professional and knowledgeable. Their assisting staff has also been excellent. Going to the dentist is never a favorite thing to do however I find myself looking forward to the fun atmosphere amongst the staff and I really like the way Doctor Moore offers an explanation for all necessary dental procedures. They have definitely gained my trust and through all these years it continues to seem like Im going to visit a friend instead of a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Moore as a dentist for all ages.
