5 /5 sara burtis: I had the best experience with Bay’s Auto! My car was hit by a food delivery truck while parked. They responded to my initial inquiry within 24 hours and delivered a quote very shortly after I took my car in for an estimate. I dropped my car off on 7/7 and it was ready for pickup on 7/10. The before and after photos speak for themselves! They did an amazing job. Their office manager, Yusha, is so amazing to work with. She made what could have been a stressful experience, so stress free and easy. Highly recommend Bay’s for your auto body work needs!

5 /5 bill abelson: Excellent and time-efficient servicing and repair. On my previous visit I asked for brake pad replacement, but Sal said it could wait (other shops would have done it, taken the $ and said nothing). Bays did the pad replacement and an oil change, and also fixed up my rear bumper which had been damaged in three places. Again, other shops would have insisted a new bumper was necessary at great expense, but Bays did not-- they replaced the tail light, re-attached the side panel, and even smoothed out an enormous dent. Very happy as always with the service and reasonable rates.

A few times we have had serious concerns about possible issues and taken our cars in for assessments. The mechanics found simple inexpensive fixes and I feel reassured that when they say something is serious that I trust them completely. Yusha has been a terrific addition to the business, always upbeat and pleasant at the front desk. Last, but certainly not least, the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend Bay Auto.

I came in with the right side of my car pretty banged up, and having received some pretty outrageous quotes from a number of other body shops. Bays: - Had super friendly and knowledgeable staff and management who assuaged all my fears, gave me a full run down of all my options for repairs at different price points - Quoted me the most reasonable price for a full door replacement + second door repair out of all the places Id been to - Accommodated my travel schedule for the repairs, kept my car safe and taken care of for almost 2 weeks while I traveled, and were communicative throughout this period - Gave me my car back looking as good as new - it felt like all the damage must have just been a bad dream because there was no sign of it after Bays had worked their magic! - Worked very smoothly with my insurance provider to get things sorted out without a hitch - Even advised me on my dashcam setup which I had a number of questions about! Im very glad to have found Bays and even gladder that theyre in my neighborhood because I know quality car servicing and repairs are just a stones throw away! One of those cases where I hope I dont have to see them again, but if I do Ill be glad its them Im seeing :)

I checked with a number of other shops and wasn’t given the time of day.
