1 /5 Google User: I decided to try this place for my first haircut in three years, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. The owner seemed sweet initially, but as she was cutting my hair, she began to criticize how I part my hair, the unevenness of my baby hairs, and the differences in texture between sections of my hair. Her comments made me feel uncomfortable.
I asked for layers, but I was surprised that the $40 price didn’t include a shampoo and blowout, which is typically included at other small businesses. While I don’t mind paying more for quality service, I felt that the customer service here was more unpleasant than kind. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning.
