1 /5 Tasha Woods: If your switching over to Brittney Worthy from Mary Bachko at Saturn Clinic, think again. I missed 2 appointments, Im a mother of 5 kids, a caregiver fulltime and a homeschool mom of 4. I called immediately this morning after realizing I had missed my appointment by an hour. Brittney was extremely rude got on the phone said what she needed to say and handed the phone to the receptionist without giving me a chance to speak or ask any questions. She said she would be dropping me and would keep me on for 30 days until I find another provider. Mind you I have been stuck in bed after my back went out on me, just had xrays done which was what the appointment was for and just trying to get by. What a way to care for new patients...

Melissa Medrano: The staff is great. My father has been in the ER, ICU and a normal hospital room for the past 4 days with an health scare and the staff in every area is so kind and understanding. He has a language barrier and he was confused and in very poor health. They had staff that speak Spanish helping him to feel understood and making him feel more at ease. We felt comfortable leaving him in their care at night which was a good feeling. I appreciate them all!

Wyndia Smith: I just had my baby Friday morning, all the doctors and nurses did an amazing job at delivering my baby by C-section they made me feel comfortable during the prepping and the actual surgery. From the surgery to recovery to me and my baby recovering in the room, the nurses, food aid attendants did a wonderful job as well I would definitely recommend this hospital for delivery a baby and all other things medical you may need as well. Wish I could find a way to donate to this hospital. Job Amazingly done.

When I visited the Occupational Health registration desk in early January, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, patience, and meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the care I needed that day. Without her, it wouldn’t have been possible. She truly felt like an angel. Since last summer, I’ve frequently visited Kaiser for various appointments. Every time Michele assisted me with registration, I was always greeted with her warm smile, positive attitude, and outstanding efficiency. This January, when I required special assistance—especially since English is not my first language—Michelle once again went out of her way to provide support. From the time I started the approval process and eventually check-in, to the time I was released and received after care, all instructions we easy to follow and on time as promised. Everyone on the team was competent, professional, empathetic and friendly - doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses and all support staff. Collectively they eased my nerves which made the entire experience as good as something like this can be. Thanks to all of you for your tireless work who have your own medical issues and deal with a life outside of work just like your patients!

Desert Medic: Never enough providers and routed to urgent care facilities where we have copays and added costs, along with no real diagnosis. The pharmacy here has actually got worse. They do not carry widely used meds, and somehow cannot have MAMC shuttle them with other things. They have a phone number to text which is unclear with replies. Scripts are filled as the pharmacist feels like doing them instead of when promised. ICE complaints are ignored.
