He has a kind and caring personality, listens attentively and answers questions patiently and thoroughly. He performed surgery on my 84-yr-old husband yesterday and did a great job. He kept me informed of the procedure and follow-up plans. We are grateful to have him in our lives.
Kitsap Veterinary Hospital - Port Orchard La Lanea Beach: It was the best it could be. My boy gets so anxious out being at the vet. But the tech he had was very nice and did her best to make him feel about his visit.
All Creatures Animal Hospital - Bremerton Shannon Davis: Dr Zimmerman is amazing! She took time to listen to my concerns and allowed me to bring my other baby that I was concerned about who didnt have an appointment. I just love their staff!

Paratransit Services - Bremerton Jeff Rogers: I’d give no stars if possible. If you’re lucky enough to get them on the phone (my son’s doctor’s assistant got them twice) you’d be lucky if they cared about your actual needs. Both times it was relayed that my son needs a shuttle with harness support because it is a risk to travel with him. First time back in October; guy comes with another passenger in a compact car to take him, and I was forced to cancel due to safety reasons. Today I get a call for his rescheduled appointment and the driver tells me they are coming to pick him up in another compact vehicle! PTS has been made aware of my son’s needs and has made no effort to properly help with necessary assistance to his appointments. I am forced to cancel my son’s appointment again! Attached is the vehicle they attempted to pick him up in the first time.
Thomas Hansen, ARNP - Port Orchard Cierra Gilley: Ive had a few different Doctors and by far he is the best .... He actually listens to you and CARES and figured out the best option for each problem. He never makes me feel Im over reacting to any of my problems I see him for HE IS THE BEST and u never have to wait long at all to be seen .
