5 /5 L A: Valley Cascade Primary Care front and back office staff have always been very helpful. Most recently, Jackson went above and beyond to help resolve a complicated appeal/authorization with medical insurance. Great service to patients!

4 /5 Rachel Nuam: My primary ARNP Russel Van Gelder is really polite and professional, as well as her medical assistance. Highly recommend her! However, when I went in to get my blood test done, the pheblotomist were very unprofessional. didn’t really explain clearly what the procedures were. There seemed to be no care in their work and seemed like they were annoyed to be doing their work. I would be a little worried to send my non-english speaking friends and family there. :/
