5 /5 Miranda Ellert: Miguel Posada and his MA Amanda are such a great duo when it comes to caring for their patients. The attentiveness, empathy and compassion they give is something you don’t find with most medical professionals these days. Miguel takes the time to hear his patients concerns, doesn’t rush and is fully engaged in conversations. I think every medical professional can learn from his techniques. Miguel and Amanda are a breath of fresh air and my anxiety during doctor appointments is nonexistent when I know I’m seeing them. Because of Miguel, I recommend Chas as the best medical clinic in Spokane.

5 /5 Mari: When my doctor of over 20+ years retired, I had a great deal of difficulty finding a new Primary Care Physician (PCP). Eventually, I was referred to Miguel Posada, ARNP, at Chas on Perry Street. I am happy to report I have received extraordinary care from Miguel during every visit! Additionally, the office staff at Chas is friendly and well-organized. Check-ins are swift and easy for both office and video appointments. Miguel Posada is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. He follows up on all of my questions and always addresses issues which are concerning to me. His evaluations are consistently thorough. He quickly refers me for X-rays, mammograms, additional tests, etc., whenever necessary for a comprehensive diagnosis. I do see other physicians for heart and kidney problems I am experiencing. Miguel is always aware of this fact and is careful to review all test results from my entire chart as well as consult with the other physicians whenever he deems it necessary for optimum care. He is truly a consummate health care provider, and I highly recommend Miguel to anyone needing a new PCP.

3 /5 Beck: I like my new doctor here and the pharmacy team, pharmacist, and phlembotomist are all very friendly and kind. The/a receptionist has been very difficult and impatient however, both in person and on the phone which has been extremely discouraging.

5 /5 Susan Cole: I have found that everyone Ive encountered at this office from front desk to nurses flowing over to the pharmacy are all totally amazing. Very friendly,kind and empathetic but most importantly very efficient and professional. I love my provider and the one time I had to see a different provider I received the same quality of care as the one I normally see. Although I wouldnt trade Miguel for love or money. He totally gets it. Whatever problem Ive brought to him and where Im usually timid I feel very comfortable sharing all health issues I might have. Another big bonus is I appreciated the blood draws I didnt even feel!!!! Usually tMrs 3 tries.I feel very blessed to be a patient there and knowing other services I dont need at the moment are a wonderful security blanket if I do become in need. Thanks guys youre all beautiful people!

Kristina: I love Latah Creek Animal Hospital. They treat every animal with respect, understanding, and genuine care. They are more expensive than other vets Ive been to but their service and care makes everything worth it. Ive never had a vet take preventative healthcare during annual visits seriously (optional blood panels and blood pressure) and it gives great peace of mind. They are also transparent in their treatment plans and invoices. Ive recommended Latah Creek Animal Hospital to everyone I know and now my whole family goes there.

From the moment we walked in, panicked, with our puppy who was feeling unwell to the moment he was discharged we were treated with respect and professionalism. Meagan Zehm: We mainly see Dr. Thompson, he is great. Very personable and realistic. We have seen every provider in the office at one time or another and they have also been awesome. My insurance has changed, and the clinic is no longer in network, but we continue to go to Kids Clinic because we feel the quality of care is above and beyond and that means more to us that our kids have great care by people who genuinely care.

Brooke Haley: If I could give 10 starts I would. I have never experienced a more thorough and genuine doctors appointment in my life. Dr. Briscoe is truly there to help you understand and get to the bottom of any issues you are having, no matter the time limit on your appointment. Given this, be prepped for longer wait times from you appointment start time, but I promise it is 10000% worth it. She isn’t trying to rush you in or out. She gives her undivided attention. I also appreciate that she offers multi options to treatment. Rather than just slap medication on the issue, she is vested in getting to the root cause of you are. I drove almost an hour to see her for my first appointment and will continue to do so given how amazing her and the staff are. Truly top notch!

Donna Hohenschuh: Dr Noyes deserves 5 stars but the "experience" was only 3 star. The person who weighed me and took my blood pressure was not informed as to the purpose of the appointment before my appointment, and she was very, very rushed. My other complaint is the distance to the new office from my house as it is not convenient to have a primary care doctor 86 miles away. When I discussed this with Dr Noyes, she was very helpful in telling me where, at a more convenient location on the north side of town, I could get lab work and blood panels done and only see her for my annual checkup. Ill see and if I only have to go out there once a year, I will probably continue with this Dr. as I do feel she is very competent and understanding.

I had previous experiences at this clinic before the pandemic that were very positive but if you only read up to this line PLEASE believe the other negative reviews already posted about CHAS Southgate Clinic. And that is because CHAS Southgate Medical Clinic sucks. They suck on ice. The frontline staff and the people working their phone lines must be treated and paid poorly by the management because they sure act like it; however, I dont want to blame the employees too quickly when I think the blame should truly be laid at the feet of management. All the same, to anyone who is going to engage with CHAS... BEWARE! You will encounter casual, burnt-out indifference and apathy with everyone who works there.
