5 /5 Brooke Haley: If I could give 10 starts I would. I have never experienced a more thorough and genuine doctors appointment in my life. Dr. Briscoe is truly there to help you understand and get to the bottom of any issues you are having, no matter the time limit on your appointment. Given this, be prepped for longer wait times from you appointment start time, but I promise it is 10000% worth it. She isn’t trying to rush you in or out. She gives her undivided attention. I also appreciate that she offers multi options to treatment. Rather than just slap medication on the issue, she is vested in getting to the root cause of you are. I drove almost an hour to see her for my first appointment and will continue to do so given how amazing her and the staff are. Truly top notch!

5 /5 Sandra Mountjoy: Dr. Briscoe is great. I am looking forward to her being my primary doctor. We have been going to Rockwood for 15 years now. Theyve always been Pleasant and always have gotten Us in for appointments when we needed. The only issue I have ever had is the billing department. Being told you werent going to be billed for something and getting a bill for it. When you have an appointment with a doctor you should be able to discuss anything you need to because youre paying for that appointment. Not to be charged for every single issue you talk about.

5 /5 Casandra Quesnell: Dr. Briscoe took me and my husband on almost a year ago, we have pretty complex medical issues and had been looking for specialists. We came upon Dr. B after looking aimlessly and she was the best choice for us. Her abilities are great, she is knowledgeable in life, she does not play the I am the Dr you are the patient she treats you as an equal, your thoughts count, you know you more than any doctor and she gets that. The clinic that she is in is amazing, the staff are awesome my kids always leave their smiling even when it is time for another shot. Lol

5 /5 Debbie Ownby: I feel that I am well cared for and that Dr Briscoe listens to my concerns and answers my questions in such a way that when quite I leave I feel confident my concerns were addressed and I am comfortable when the answers. I chose Dr Briscoe as my new Dr when I had taken my Mother to see her because she was displeased with her prior physician. Her attitude and gentleness with my 85 year old mother was appreciated and I realized that she would make a good fit for me as well.

I had previous experiences at this clinic before the pandemic that were very positive but if you only read up to this line PLEASE believe the other negative reviews already posted about CHAS Southgate Clinic. And that is because CHAS Southgate Medical Clinic sucks. They suck on ice. The frontline staff and the people working their phone lines must be treated and paid poorly by the management because they sure act like it; however, I dont want to blame the employees too quickly when I think the blame should truly be laid at the feet of management. All the same, to anyone who is going to engage with CHAS... BEWARE! You will encounter casual, burnt-out indifference and apathy with everyone who works there.

Mattheous Master: My appointment was at 4:20pm God forbid you are late but you can sit there and wait over 20 minutes to be called for the appointment at 4:20pm. They have no regard for peoples times. If they were running this late they should inform the patient but they don’t care at all and they will make you wait for them until they are ready to see you. Spokane Digestive Center - Spokane Valley

Tanya Mercier: My mom was scheduled to be seen in the Valley location on Thursday 12/12/24 but did not get to be seen because of incompetent treatment by staff at both the Valley and Spokane locations. My mom is 77 years old with dementia and numerous other health conditions. She is still very independent but relies on medical transportation to get to and from her home to medical appointments. She also lives in a very rural area and on a good weather day getting to Spokane can take an hour and to the Spokane Valley at least 1.5 hours. There is a lot of coordination that goes into ensuring she can get to the various medical appointments. For the 12/12/24 appointment, my mom arrived early to the Valley location and when she checked in she was told that she did not have an appointment there but rather at the Spokane location. Luckily the transport driver was able to get her back to the Spokane location in time for an appointment there but when she checked in she was again told that she did not have an appointment in that location. It took staff 30 minutes to figure out what the problem was but discovered too late that the appointment was actually at the Valley location. Needless to say, my mom did not get to see a doctor that she had waited months to see. Then the staff rescheduled the appointment for the following week but for 7am, telling my mom that was the only appointment available for months. With the help of the medical transport staff, the appointment was rescheduled although it was not clear if the transport staff was actually going to be able to get my mom to the new appointment. Once I found out about what happened, I called Spokane Digestive and requested/demanded that the Office Manager call me back so the appointment could be rescheduled for a time that was actually feasible for my mom to get to. No one bothered to call me back, so on Monday 12/16 I called the appointment scheduler and explained the situation and they were eventually able to get my mom an appointment for later this week in the afternoon. It is concerning the indifference that office staff express toward the people they are supposed to be serving. My mother was treated as though she had done something wrong. As well, staff seem to have little regard for the reality that people cannot just pivot and make due with whatever resolution they haphazardly cobble together.

Ashley schavolt: Saturday night my sweet girl tore her dew claw out and the quick was exposed and bleeding. Another emergency vet turned us away as it wasn’t enough an emergency, I understood they were very busy but I couldn’t let my baby be in pain all weekend and was worried about infection as she wouldn’t leave it alone licking it and was whining in pain. This clinic was very understanding and got her in just a few minutes after I got there. I was a bit nervous about it being curbside because I wanted to be with her as much as I could (she has very bad vet anxiety), but they were great with communication the entire time and got her taken care of.

Spencer Cooper jr: First time I saw this gentleman I tried to tell him what was wrong with me. He didnt want to here it. He told me to schedule a separate appointment for every problem. Tried to force me to have back surgery that only has a 20% chance of making me better. Have been trying for months to get an appointment for Prednisone shots and he cant get it done. He will not return messages or answer questions. Totally uncaring. No empathy or compassion here. Useless.

Jennifer Johnson: I had to bring my elderly cat in to be put down, and the staff were SO kind and compassionate. We were brought to a private room immediately after check-in, and they explained everything. They gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbye, gave me some coffee and tissues when I cried, answered all my questions, let me share some stories with them, and made the whole experience less stressful for both my cat and me. When my next pet comes into my life, this will be definitely be my vet clinic.

Providence Urgent Care - Hawthorne - Spokane

Christine Barnes: I do not recommend this location if you have a child. My toddler was having a lot of anxiety about being at the clinic and none of the staff were friendly or reassuring to her before grabbing her and trying to run vitals so of course my child responded with fear and panic. The MA even said "children are the worst" after the encounter. Zero therapeutic communication. Dont depend on these people to have the skills to work with every age group. They get 2 small stars because they were the only place I could find that had access to rapid whooping cough tests.
