5 /5 Ashley schavolt: Saturday night my sweet girl tore her dew claw out and the quick was exposed and bleeding. Another emergency vet turned us away as it wasn’t enough an emergency, I understood they were very busy but I couldn’t let my baby be in pain all weekend and was worried about infection as she wouldn’t leave it alone licking it and was whining in pain. This clinic was very understanding and got her in just a few minutes after I got there. I was a bit nervous about it being curbside because I wanted to be with her as much as I could (she has very bad vet anxiety), but they were great with communication the entire time and got her taken care of.

5 /5 Sydney Kearns: My dog was attacked by another dog with a few punctures on his back and sides. Animal Emergency Clinic took him back within 30 min (it was a weekend, but a slower day due to a snow storm). They were so kind and took great care of my baby. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was about 1/2 of what I was expecting it to be. My dog needed 8-10 stitches and a Penrose drain, which he had to be put under for. He was with the clinic for a total of 5 hours and we had great discharge notes. We got a call back the next day checking on him. Will definitely go back again, also love that I don’t have to sit in a waiting room full of dogs. Thanks Animal Emergency Clinic!!!

5 /5 Michael S: Been here 3 times in total and each time I have been pleased with my experience compared to other emergency vet offices you may not like the price of a emergency animal clinic but honestly each time the bill has to me been more than reasonable compared to others and if youre going to complain about the cost of a bill to save a pet you claim to "love" or is a "member of your family" you may not be the pet owner who can give feedback thats worth listening to. First two times were when my senior cats were at the end of their lives and we had no other humane choice but to put them out of their misery unfortunately you dont always get to choose when that time would come and no other place at around midnight felt even slightly compassionate over the phone at that hour while trying to get help for a pet youve cared for the last 15+ years they gave me clear facts with realistic percentages they thought any treatments would be effective in the situation with no bullshit promises or pushing for the expensive and ultimately futile treatments that wouldve made made there last minute or hours alive as miserable as they couldve possibly been with tests and treatments being done to them surrounded by strangers instead they got to pass on as painlessly as possible in the presence of people who have been with them from the earliest moment they came to be to the moment they passed. They helped make a moment of unbearable pain and decision making tolerable and allowed me to make the decision that was best for my pets. More recently my cat had signs of either a UTI or constipation and was taken into the office shortly after we arrived and the doctors looked him over and he was doing pretty well acting normal and told me they could do tests but given his demeanor and previous history that treatment and observation would probably best best and Im glad to report since we got home hes been great and having no more symptoms he was before we took him in and back to his normal self. This place will always be my go to after hours place for my pets because they have consistently taken great care of my pets.

5 /5 Rachel Phillipps: While vacationing in Spokane our dog Rosie required overnight monitoring on IV meds and fluids. We transported her to Animal Emergency Clinic off of Sprague at the direction of the veterinary at Union Veterinary Hospital who worked in excellent collaboration with the overnight ER facility. The ER staff and veterinarian there were amazing, kind, excellent communicators and assessors over our dog’s health crisis and care. Dr even called us during the night of her stay to update us on her condition. We are so thankful and so impressed and highly recommend this excellent facility for emergency animal care.

5 /5 David Green: Competent, kind, compassionate. Our dogs have been here for both emergencies --- and for overnight care while our normal vets office closes. They do a wonderful job of coordinating care with the regular vet. They were waiting for Toby to arrive last night as our vets office closed and knew exactly what they were to do overnight. And this morning, by the time I had returned Toby to the vet for daytime follow up care, they had already communicated to the vet what they had done and had updated his records. Great service, fair pricing for emergency care and overnight care, and wonderful people. Im so impressed.
