We have been taking our dogs to Garland clinic for about 6 years and every staff member has treated our dogs as if they were their own. They show great compassion and always go above and beyond for my pets care, but also work with care plans that fit us best. My dogs are my whole world and its great to know theyre always in such good hands whether it be basic exams, or urgent needs. Their kindness, patience, and attentiveness not only makes a better experience for us, but our dogs as well. So thankful for their amazing team and all the hard work they do for our animals!

5 /5 Kimmie Kreuzberger: Garland Animal Clinic is the best! I drive 45+ minutes to take Wally here so that I know he receives the best care. They are respectful of your time and always do their best to stick to appointment times - generally they will even get you in a room early! If they are running a few minutes behind, they are always great communicators about it. My pup Wally came in for his 1 year annual wellness check up and I cant say enough positive things about our experience with Dr. Sydnie. She took the time to read his chart before the exam, listen to everything I had questions about for our visit and spent the time to walk me through everything with detail and care. I really appreciate her kindness and understanding for answering all of my questions with detail. I never felt rushed and I was so impressed with how easily my pup opened up to her -- you can tell she loves dogs and they love her! The exam rooms are very clean and the waiting room is spacious, so there is plenty of room to spread the animals out so they dont feel overwhelmed too close to one another. The front desk staff were kind, efficient at checking in/out and had a great system going to make sure people all felt taken care of. Thank you Garland Animal Clinic team for making the vet a calming and safe experience for Wally and a low stress visit for me!

5 /5 Tracy Welch: I’v had nothing but great service. All the vets are thorough and care what’s best for the pets. I’ve been a client for a few years and I will continue to be. The staff is friendly, from vet techs to the operational staff, and you can see they care about your pet. Update….unfortunately I lost my heart dog last year ‘24. Everyone at this clinic was so great and did everything we could to keep her healthy and comfortable. I know because of the care they gave her she was happy all the way to the end. And I’m sure, because of the care they gave her, she was with me longer. I am forever grateful to everyone at Garland for their support. Now, I have a new puppy and she’s only ever going to be seen at Garland. She’s off to a great start. Happy and forever healthy.

Aly L: Be cautious before bringing your pets here. (My dog happy and healthy at the end of this story). I brought my dog in about a year ago because she was acting strange. Vet said she might have an upset tummy so prescribed some meds and special food. A week later, she’s worse, not playing as much, not eating, so I bring her in. Vet said maybe she just something stuck, they took an X-ray. They then tell me that she may have hip dysplasia and needs to see someone right away (her hips were completely fine, not the issue). A week later, she’s worse, whole body was cold, sleeping a lot, and not eating/drinking, I bring her in. Doctor said she was fine, the cold body is normal and she just needs more time. That night we took her into an different emergency vet. Turns out she was extremely dehydrated, her blood wasn’t pumping properly and she had Addison’s Disease. She could have died if we didn’t take her in that night. The emergency vet saved her life. I told the doctor at THIS hospital what happened and his response was “I was going to say that.”

Melissa Medrano: The staff is great. My father has been in the ER, ICU and a normal hospital room for the past 4 days with an health scare and the staff in every area is so kind and understanding. He has a language barrier and he was confused and in very poor health. They had staff that speak Spanish helping him to feel understood and making him feel more at ease. We felt comfortable leaving him in their care at night which was a good feeling. I appreciate them all!

Wyndia Smith: I just had my baby Friday morning, all the doctors and nurses did an amazing job at delivering my baby by C-section they made me feel comfortable during the prepping and the actual surgery. From the surgery to recovery to me and my baby recovering in the room, the nurses, food aid attendants did a wonderful job as well I would definitely recommend this hospital for delivery a baby and all other things medical you may need as well. Wish I could find a way to donate to this hospital. Job Amazingly done.

When I visited the Occupational Health registration desk in early January, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, patience, and meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the care I needed that day. Without her, it wouldn’t have been possible. She truly felt like an angel. Since last summer, I’ve frequently visited Kaiser for various appointments. Every time Michele assisted me with registration, I was always greeted with her warm smile, positive attitude, and outstanding efficiency. This January, when I required special assistance—especially since English is not my first language—Michelle once again went out of her way to provide support. She is incredibly intelligent and quick to understand what I needed, which made the process much smoother. I am deeply grateful that Kaiser has such an extraordinary team member like Michele. Marty Holtzman: This review is about the experience I had yesterday at the Olympia Multicare hospital for an Inguinal Hernia repair. From the time I started the approval process and eventually check-in, to the time I was released and received after care, all instructions we easy to follow and on time as promised. Everyone on the team was competent, professional, empathetic and friendly - doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses and all support staff. Collectively they eased my nerves which made the entire experience as good as something like this can be. Thanks to all of you for your tireless work who have your own medical issues and deal with a life outside of work just like your patients!

Desert Medic: Never enough providers and routed to urgent care facilities where we have copays and added costs, along with no real diagnosis. The pharmacy here has actually got worse. They do not carry widely used meds, and somehow cannot have MAMC shuttle them with other things. They have a phone number to text which is unclear with replies. Scripts are filled as the pharmacist feels like doing them instead of when promised. ICE complaints are ignored.

Dan: Went for a blood draw the people behind the desk were super nice the only downside is they didnt have a current picture of the President and Vice President. 03/03/2025 I thought all federal government agencies were supposed to have those photos up for the public to see.
