Providence Urgent Care - Hawthorne - Spokane (WA)

2 /5 Christine Barnes: I do not recommend this location if you have a child. My toddler was having a lot of anxiety about being at the clinic and none of the staff were friendly or reassuring to her before grabbing her and trying to run vitals so of course my child responded with fear and panic. The MA even said "children are the worst" after the encounter. Zero therapeutic communication. Dont depend on these people to have the skills to work with every age group. They get 2 small stars because they were the only place I could find that had access to rapid whooping cough tests.

5 /5 Patricia Trudell: The staff is incredible!!! I saw Dr. Rob , and he was awesome. Short wait time, caring, and compassionate nurses and doctors. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

5 /5 Mason: My first time utilizing this location was last year just after school began; I had and recovered from Covid but continued to struggle with negative experiences. It hey got me diagnosed with bronchitis and laryngitis and got me back to class on the same day (non-contagious.) I’m dealing with similar symptoms today and was lucky that they could/can see me before they close for the evening; my school has mandatory attendance and their promptness has really helped.

1 /5 Smackerlacker: I waited 40 minutes, then the doctor came into the room and aggressively shook my hand, having already devised an (incorrect) treatment plan without even talking to me. He seemed irrated that I had even bothered to come in and prescribed a medication I dont need, even though I had actively refused presumptive treatment before. He barely listened to me for all of 10 seconds and didnt even clearly explain what was happening. I was practically shoved out the door.

3 /5 Ben Grabherr: Let me start that I was late for check in by 15 minutes do to parking in front of building in handicap parking, I then had to maneuver, my wheel chair down side walk along building, trying to squeeze wheelchair past blue plastic sign holders that where in the way, on check in was told they couldnt see me because I was late, check in was at 10:30 am, I was there at 10:45, because of having to fight to get to rear of building appointment was 11 am, had paper work filled out well before 11, am appointment, maybe if there parking in back for multi care part was more handicap friendly, and staff little more understanding would be nice, at this point dont recommend there service for none urgent care Update 12/30/24 It appears that they are in process of having some type of ramp access installed, they had a temporary ramp, and was told they were going to install ramp when weather improves.
