I came prepared to get information about a couple of different things that I had notified them about. When John came into the room, he rushed me and didnāt answer any of my questions. He kept telling me just to āresearch it onlineā and rushed me out of there with none of my questions answered and I left feeling more confused. I felt pressured into choosing a certain birth control option, which he also knew nothing about. My appointment was all of about 10-15 minutes long, and I donāt think he listened to a concern I had. I was so upset and frustrated after I left. I felt like had no knowledge about anything I was asking, and he didnāt care about my concerns at all.
