1 /5 Spencer Cooper jr: First time I saw this gentleman I tried to tell him what was wrong with me. He didnt want to here it. He told me to schedule a separate appointment for every problem. Tried to force me to have back surgery that only has a 20% chance of making me better. Have been trying for months to get an appointment for Prednisone shots and he cant get it done. He will not return messages or answer questions. Totally uncaring. No empathy or compassion here. Useless.

1 /5 Briauna Lipp: I had a lot of questions to ask at my appointment, hence the reason I scheduled it. I came prepared to get information about a couple of different things that I had notified them about. When John came into the room, he rushed me and didn’t answer any of my questions. He kept telling me just to “research it online” and rushed me out of there with none of my questions answered and I left feeling more confused. I felt pressured into choosing a certain birth control option, which he also knew nothing about. My appointment was all of about 10-15 minutes long, and I don’t think he listened to a concern I had. I was so upset and frustrated after I left. I felt like had no knowledge about anything I was asking, and he didn’t care about my concerns at all.

5 /5 Patrick Moore: My experience at Rockwood Cheney Clinic was excellent! PA-C John Loudon was professional and he was very trough in his exam of my left knee. An X-ray was taken and I will be referred to a specialist for further evaluation. Very happy with todays visit.

1 /5 Caitleen Carveth: John Loudon is by far the worst physician I have ever met with. He rushed me and disregarded everything I said and then ended up needing emergency surgery for the issue that he wouldnt listen to me about.
