We have been taking our dogs to Garland clinic for about 6 years and every staff member has treated our dogs as if they were their own. They show great compassion and always go above and beyond for my pets care, but also work with care plans that fit us best. My dogs are my whole world and its great to know theyre always in such good hands whether it be basic exams, or urgent needs. Their kindness, patience, and attentiveness not only makes a better experience for us, but our dogs as well. So thankful for their amazing team and all the hard work they do for our animals!
Cats Meow Feline Veterinary Clinic - Spokane Terrie Tesney: Charleigh is 12 1/2 year old Ragdoll. She is my only "child". Everytime I took her to a vet clinic my cat would absolutely transform into a evil cat. This clinic was recommended to me as the best place I could bring Charleigh. So I did, and the staff was so good to her, and the horrible patient she was in the past didnt happen this time. Of course Charleigh was scared but the doctor and tech had Charleigh calm during the exam. On the way to the clinic she was meowing very angry, but when we drove home she was very calm. This clinic is closed on the weekend, but that didnt stop the doctor from calling me Saturday and letting me know what the lab results were. I live on the north side of Spokane, but the drive is worth it to get amazing service that my cat even approves of. I promise you everyone at this clinic cares. Its more then just a job to them, you can tell it is their passion.
VCA Manito Animal Hospital - Spokane Aly L: Be cautious before bringing your pets here. (My dog happy and healthy at the end of this story). I brought my dog in about a year ago because she was acting strange. Vet said she might have an upset tummy so prescribed some meds and special food. A week later, sheās worse, not playing as much, not eating, so I bring her in. Vet said maybe she just something stuck, they took an X-ray. They then tell me that she may have hip dysplasia and needs to see someone right away (her hips were completely fine, not the issue). A week later, sheās worse, whole body was cold, sleeping a lot, and not eating/drinking, I bring her in. Doctor said she was fine, the cold body is normal and she just needs more time. That night we took her into an different emergency vet. Turns out she was extremely dehydrated, her blood wasnāt pumping properly and she had Addisonās Disease. She could have died if we didnāt take her in that night. The emergency vet saved her life. I told the doctor at THIS hospital what happened and his response was āI was going to say that.ā
Providence Mount Carmel Hospital - Colville Melissa Medrano: The staff is great. My father has been in the ER, ICU and a normal hospital room for the past 4 days with an health scare and the staff in every area is so kind and understanding. He has a language barrier and he was confused and in very poor health. They had staff that speak Spanish helping him to feel understood and making him feel more at ease. We felt comfortable leaving him in their care at night which was a good feeling. I appreciate them all!
Providence St. Peter Hospital - Olympia Wyndia Smith: I just had my baby Friday morning, all the doctors and nurses did an amazing job at delivering my baby by C-section they made me feel comfortable during the prepping and the actual surgery. From the surgery to recovery to me and my baby recovering in the room, the nurses, food aid attendants did a wonderful job as well I would definitely recommend this hospital for delivery a baby and all other things medical you may need as well. Wish I could find a way to donate to this hospital. Job Amazingly done.

ēŗ§ęé±ļ¼: I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received from Michele, a front desk staff member at Kaiser in Lacey. When I visited the Occupational Health registration desk in early January, Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, patience, and meticulous attention to detail ensured I received the care I needed that day. Without her, it wouldnāt have been possible. She truly felt like an angel.
Since last summer, Iāve frequently visited Kaiser for various appointments. Every time Michele assisted me with registration, I was always greeted with her warm smile, positive attitude, and outstanding efficiency. This January, when I required special assistanceāespecially since English is not my first languageāMichelle once again went out of her way to provide support. She is incredibly intelligent and quick to understand what I needed, which made the process much smoother.
I am deeply grateful that Kaiser has such an extraordinary team

MultiCare Capital Medical Center - Olympia Marty Holtzman: This review is about the experience I had yesterday at the Olympia Multicare hospital for an Inguinal Hernia repair. From the time I started the approval process and eventually check-in, to the time I was released and received after care, all instructions we easy to follow and on time as promised.
Everyone on the team was competent, professional, empathetic and friendly - doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses and all support staff. Collectively they eased my nerves which made the entire experience as good as something like this can be.
Thanks to all of you for your tireless work who have your own medical issues and deal with a life outside of work just like your patients!
