Sometimes we 100% agree, sometimes not, but I trust her to help me make the best health decisions for myself. Ones that are backed by science, research and practice.

1 /5 Payton Paladino: Joke of a doctors office. Doctor was completely unknowledgeable and harassed the entire time. Wanted to talk about everything but the reason i was there. Heard very inappropriate conversations between the other nurses sitting at their desks while waiting an hour to be seen by a doctor with an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Left with no answers and wasted my time.

5 /5 Jenny Swafford: The Chas Maple Dentist team might be the first group of dentists to ever make me not feel horrible about going to the dentist. They dont guilt you, instead they will do everything in their power to put you at ease. Special thanks to Dr. Omar, as well as Ms. Brittani and Ms. Teressa!

1 /5 Michala Chylik: At my daughters 2 month checkup I kindly stated to Dr. Kelly that me and my husband have decided to hold of on immunizations until she got older and that we will then decide whether we want her to receive any at all. She treated me very poorly after that statement, and kept telling me me she wants a reason why, I told her she’s welcome to call and ask my husband if she would like a reason, because I told her me and my husband have done research and have reasons and I don’t feel that I have to explain why! She also made a rude remark about my husband not being at visit when I explained that he had to work. She never gave my measurements of my child( weight, height etc… and she stated that why even return to her next checkup in a few months if I’m not giving her vaccines?!! I told her kindly that I shouldn’t be turned away because she is not getting vaccines, and that I still would like her physical examination!! I left the office crying and sad because at the end she stated” do you know all the diseases going around Spokane? If you cared for your child you would get her vaccinated or you might as well keep her staying home at all times!” . I left the office feeling like I did something wrong when me and my husband did not! She should of just respected my and my husband’s decision and treated me kindly and welcoming! My daughter deserves to still be examined, measurements should have been given to me ! I will not be returning to this facility for the discrimination I received from Dr. Kelly!!!!

Mattheous Master: My appointment was at 4:20pm God forbid you are late but you can sit there and wait over 20 minutes to be called for the appointment at 4:20pm. They have no regard for peoples times. If they were running this late they should inform the patient but they don’t care at all and they will make you wait for them until they are ready to see you. Worse place ever

Spokane Digestive Center - Spokane Valley

Tanya Mercier: My mom was scheduled to be seen in the Valley location on Thursday 12/12/24 but did not get to be seen because of incompetent treatment by staff at both the Valley and Spokane locations. My mom is 77 years old with dementia and numerous other health conditions. She is still very independent but relies on medical transportation to get to and from her home to medical appointments. She also lives in a very rural area and on a good weather day getting to Spokane can take an hour and to the Spokane Valley at least 1.5 hours. There is a lot of coordination that goes into ensuring she can get to the various medical appointments. For the 12/12/24 appointment, my mom arrived early to the Valley location and when she checked in she was told that she did not have an appointment there but rather at the Spokane location. Luckily the transport driver was able to get her back to the Spokane location in time for an appointment there but when she checked in she was again told that she did not have an appointment in that location. It took staff 30 minutes to figure out what the problem was but discovered too late that the appointment was actually at the Valley location. Needless to say, my mom did not get to see a doctor that she had waited months to see. Then the staff rescheduled the appointment for the following week but for 7am, telling my mom that was the only appointment available for months. With the help of the medical transport staff, the appointment was rescheduled although it was not clear if the transport staff was actually going to be able to get my mom to the new appointment. Once I found out about what happened, I called Spokane Digestive and requested/demanded that the Office Manager call me back so the appointment could be rescheduled for a time that was actually feasible for my mom to get to. No one bothered to call me back, so on Monday 12/16 I called the appointment scheduler and explained the situation and they were eventually able to get my mom an appointment for later this week in the afternoon. It is concerning the indifference that office staff express toward the people they are supposed to be serving. My mother was treated as though she had done something wrong. As well, staff seem to have little regard for the reality that people cannot just pivot and make due with whatever resolution they haphazardly cobble together.

Animal Emergency Clinic - Spokane Valley

Ashley schavolt: Saturday night my sweet girl tore her dew claw out and the quick was exposed and bleeding. Another emergency vet turned us away as it wasn’t enough an emergency, I understood they were very busy but I couldn’t let my baby be in pain all weekend and was worried about infection as she wouldn’t leave it alone licking it and was whining in pain. This clinic was very understanding and got her in just a few minutes after I got there. I was a bit nervous about it being curbside because I wanted to be with her as much as I could (she has very bad vet anxiety), but they were great with communication the entire time and got her taken care of.

Spencer Cooper jr: First time I saw this gentleman I tried to tell him what was wrong with me. He didnt want to here it. He told me to schedule a separate appointment for every problem. Tried to force me to have back surgery that only has a 20% chance of making me better. Have been trying for months to get an appointment for Prednisone shots and he cant get it done. He will not return messages or answer questions. Totally uncaring. No empathy or compassion here. Useless.

Jennifer Johnson: I had to bring my elderly cat in to be put down, and the staff were SO kind and compassionate. We were brought to a private room immediately after check-in, and they explained everything. They gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbye, gave me some coffee and tissues when I cried, answered all my questions, let me share some stories with them, and made the whole experience less stressful for both my cat and me. When my next pet comes into my life, this will be definitely be my vet clinic.

Providence Urgent Care - Hawthorne - Spokane

Christine Barnes: I do not recommend this location if you have a child. My toddler was having a lot of anxiety about being at the clinic and none of the staff were friendly or reassuring to her before grabbing her and trying to run vitals so of course my child responded with fear and panic. The MA even said "children are the worst" after the encounter. Zero therapeutic communication. Dont depend on these people to have the skills to work with every age group. They get 2 small stars because they were the only place I could find that had access to rapid whooping cough tests.

Zebadiah Clark: Went in for a simple cold- have insurance, have money, have a valid identity. They would not provide medical services without signing very disturbing and highly unnecessary disclosure agreements. Went downtown to an urgent care and did a walkin appointment with no issues. Read the Chas privacy policy, read all terms of service, there are many- I am glad I read them and decided to go elsewhere.

Kaylee James: If I could give this clinic more than 5 stars I would! We have been taking our dogs to Garland clinic for about 6 years and every staff member has treated our dogs as if they were their own. They show great compassion and always go above and beyond for my pets care, but also work with care plans that fit us best. My dogs are my whole world and its great to know theyre always in such good hands whether it be basic exams, or urgent needs. Their kindness, patience, and attentiveness not only makes a better experience for us, but our dogs as well. So thankful for their amazing team and all the hard work they do for our animals!
