The nurses were quick and efficient, friendly enough to visit but also able to handle other jobs well. The folks in the procedure room were very informative and professional. Dr. Habibi was also informative and professional. They were thorough and gentle! Good times had by all!

To start off, I misunderstood having a driver present for the whole wait time, but the front office ladies were kind, understanding and patient with me to get my driver back in time. Thank you for that. I didn’t have to reschedule. Dr. Nathan Campbell was friendly, profesional and has great bed-side manner. He is a very easy Doctor to talk to. I love that. All the care team was helpful, patient and friendly. I thought everyone there was happy and enjoyed doing their jobs. It was great to be in such great hands for a procedure that is not fun to go through. I highly recommend this center. The only negative I have was not validating parking. Thanks again for excellent, on time and professional care.

1 /5 Olivia Young: I’ve always believed that healthcare is about more than just treating a condition—it’s about treating people with respect and compassion. Unfortunately, my experience at Spokane Digestive did not reflect that belief. I arrived at 8:30 AM, ready for an appointment I had waited weeks for, only to be marked as a no-show while I stood in line until 8:45. Mistakes happen, but what was truly disheartening was the dismissive and unkind attitude from the receptionist. When I calmly inquired about how to file a complaint with the practice manager, I was met with laughter. That’s not the kind of response any patient deserves. I believe in giving feedback where it’s due, and it’s my hope that by sharing this experience, the clinic can reflect on how they treat their patients—because all of us deserve better.

4 /5 Eri Schae: The doctors, nurses were great. Inside the procedure area was all clean and nice. The buildings, hallways and waiting area were dirty, chipped, crumbling and looked like a welfare office in New Jersey. The chairs and benches are worn and dirty. The walls dented, gouged, dirty and in dire need of paint. If there was a vagrant sleeping under a tarp it the hall I would not have been surprised. Grimey looking describes that facility. Its honestly depressing to see how they maintain the place. At least put a can of Lysol out there so we can disinfect the place.

1 /5 Peter Schmidt: At the time of making the appointment, I was never informed of the price.. I called later and it was 1,200…I couldn’t afford that and cancelled the appointment.they obviously didn’t follow the price transparency act and are now charging me 100.00 for a late cancellation…. If I’d known about the price ahead of time, I wouldn’t have made the appointment…. Be very careful with these folks…….

Meagan Zehm: We mainly see Dr. Thompson, he is great. Very personable and realistic. We have seen every provider in the office at one time or another and they have also been awesome. My insurance has changed, and the clinic is no longer in network, but we continue to go to Kids Clinic because we feel the quality of care is above and beyond and that means more to us that our kids have great care by people who genuinely care.

Brooke Haley: If I could give 10 starts I would. I have never experienced a more thorough and genuine doctors appointment in my life. Dr. Briscoe is truly there to help you understand and get to the bottom of any issues you are having, no matter the time limit on your appointment. Given this, be prepped for longer wait times from you appointment start time, but I promise it is 10000% worth it. She isn’t trying to rush you in or out. She gives her undivided attention. I also appreciate that she offers multi options to treatment. Rather than just slap medication on the issue, she is vested in getting to the root cause of you are. I drove almost an hour to see her for my first appointment and will continue to do so given how amazing her and the staff are. Truly top notch!

Donna Hohenschuh: Dr Noyes deserves 5 stars but the "experience" was only 3 star. The person who weighed me and took my blood pressure was not informed as to the purpose of the appointment before my appointment, and she was very, very rushed. My other complaint is the distance to the new office from my house as it is not convenient to have a primary care doctor 86 miles away. When I discussed this with Dr Noyes, she was very helpful in telling me where, at a more convenient location on the north side of town, I could get lab work and blood panels done and only see her for my annual checkup. Ill see and if I only have to go out there once a year, I will probably continue with this Dr. as I do feel she is very competent and understanding.

Snake Plissken: "CHAS Health, what happened to you? You used to be cool." I had previous experiences at this clinic before the pandemic that were very positive but if you only read up to this line PLEASE believe the other negative reviews already posted about CHAS Southgate Clinic. And that is because CHAS Southgate Medical Clinic sucks. They suck on ice. The frontline staff and the people working their phone lines must be treated and paid poorly by the management because they sure act like it; however, I dont want to blame the employees too quickly when I think the blame should truly be laid at the feet of management. All the same, to anyone who is going to engage with CHAS... BEWARE! You will encounter casual, burnt-out indifference and apathy with everyone who works there.

Mattheous Master: My appointment was at 4:20pm God forbid you are late but you can sit there and wait over 20 minutes to be called for the appointment at 4:20pm. They have no regard for peoples times. If they were running this late they should inform the patient but they don’t care at all and they will make you wait for them until they are ready to see you. Spokane Digestive Center - Spokane Valley

Tanya Mercier: My mom was scheduled to be seen in the Valley location on Thursday 12/12/24 but did not get to be seen because of incompetent treatment by staff at both the Valley and Spokane locations. My mom is 77 years old with dementia and numerous other health conditions. She is still very independent but relies on medical transportation to get to and from her home to medical appointments. She also lives in a very rural area and on a good weather day getting to Spokane can take an hour and to the Spokane Valley at least 1.5 hours. There is a lot of coordination that goes into ensuring she can get to the various medical appointments. For the 12/12/24 appointment, my mom arrived early to the Valley location and when she checked in she was told that she did not have an appointment there but rather at the Spokane location. Luckily the transport driver was able to get her back to the Spokane location in time for an appointment there but when she checked in she was again told that she did not have an appointment in that location. It took staff 30 minutes to figure out what the problem was but discovered too late that the appointment was actually at the Valley location. Needless to say, my mom did not get to see a doctor that she had waited months to see. Then the staff rescheduled the appointment for the following week but for 7am, telling my mom that was the only appointment available for months. With the help of the medical transport staff, the appointment was rescheduled although it was not clear if the transport staff was actually going to be able to get my mom to the new appointment. Once I found out about what happened, I called Spokane Digestive and requested/demanded that the Office Manager call me back so the appointment could be rescheduled for a time that was actually feasible for my mom to get to. No one bothered to call me back, so on Monday 12/16 I called the appointment scheduler and explained the situation and they were eventually able to get my mom an appointment for later this week in the afternoon. It is concerning the indifference that office staff express toward the people they are supposed to be serving. My mother was treated as though she had done something wrong. As well, staff seem to have little regard for the reality that people cannot just pivot and make due with whatever resolution they haphazardly cobble together.
