5 /5 Michelle B: Went in for my first appointment today and the 2 front desk ladies were nice and helpful. I am super happy with my pcp, Holly. Shes super polite, caring, and helpful. Pharmacy folks were also great. I had to call and switch an appointment and the lady on the phone was really really nice and helpful. I was hesitant with all the bad reviews but my experience was great and I am happy. Place was obviously ran down and could use some updates on the building. Staff probably could get paid more. Overall, super happy with this place!

1 /5 Andrew Brokaw: I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, then received a call that the doctor I was scheduled with didnt offer the services Id been referred there to receive. The website lists that doctor as providing those services. Not only did I wait over a month for medical care at this appointment, I now have to wait an additional month and a half to receive that care. If Id been informed right away, or if the website was accurate, this would not have happened and Id actually be able to receive medical treatment I need without waiting multiple months for no reason aside from incompetence. The receptionist who called to let me know my appointment was cancelled offered to book an appointment at a different clinic, but did not follow up or provide any information about that appointment. Am I still a patient here? Can I count on an appointment that wont be cancelled the day of? Theres no way to know. Dont go here unless you have to.

1 /5 Larry XK: I hate writing reviews and I usually dont but in this case i feel compelled. I had an appointment on Jan 10th, the doctor re-prescribe my meds because they had no refills. Since then I called and visited the pharmacy, long story short, it took nearly 2 weeks for the prescription to travel maybe a hundred feet between the clinic and the pharmacy electronically. I suppose the laws of physics stop at the CHC Lakewood clinic (you know the whole electrons traveling at the speed of light story). I have been there 3 times since the doctors visit and the pharmacy had zero clues what meds I needed. This so called health care is far and I mean far the worst experience Ive had with various HMOs. There is utter confusion at the entire place. I understand people need low cost health care but this is not it. Can hardly wait to get hired on from my temp position at work with full benefits so I can dump this outfit.

1 /5 Nick Knight: Been trying for two days to talk to a doctor about bad side affects of a prescription they gave me, I sat on the phone for over four hours between the past two days trying to reach a doctor. The fact their offices don’t answer and especially don’t make contact when a customer is having poor side affects just goes to show how little they give two about their patients.

1 /5 Evan Tarr: Firstly the pharmacy people seem to do absolutely nothing all day, and won’t start your prescription regardless of what it consists of until you go in person and ask about it. Today is only the most recent example of a long list of times. My daughter had an appointment at 9:30 am and we always have the issue of the doctor is with another patient for 30-45 minutes after our scheduled time, then after 5 minutes we are given a prescription of 2 ointments. I know that it will never be ready immediately which is unfortunate but whatever, so I show up at 2:57pm and see one customer in the pharmacy with multiple pharmacist. I’m then told that it hasn’t been started and will be available in 30 minutes, this is the same wait time as if I went there immediately after our appointment. I truly can’t fathom how they can have nothing ready beforehand when you’ve had all day to complete it. I fully believe that had I not came in and asked it would’ve never been done, even though I have never been told I need to check in. The doctors all seem to have no clue as they end every visit with “it has been sent to the pharmacy and should be ready to pick up before you leave.”
