1 /5 Angie Tiara: I scheduled an appointment for my husband for his physical, and have waited months to get in. My husband even took off for work for his appointment. He came in on time and been told that he didn’t have an appointment. Apparently they took someone else date of birth and social security and put it under his contact because they have the same name. They were not helpful. Instead of fixing the issue and let him in, they just said they cant do anything and need to reschedule. They were not helpful and wasted of time!

1 /5 Bruised Banana: I was supposed to have an appointment today but they had just canceled, saying they were sick. from seeing all of the reviews I shouldve just made one with my original doctor. been in extreme pain for about a month because of IBS and ulcers honestly happy we have emergency clinics or I wouldnt last another month for my new appointment. disappointing..

5 /5 Vashti Shoudy: My husband and I see Dr Vo, have been for about 5 years. We are always treated with respect and kindness when we go in. We have had zero issues getting referrals for specialists. In fact within a week we are scheduled with whatever specialist we need. My husband ran out of medication and I called to get an expedited script, they got it to the pharmacy same day and I was able to pick it up the next day. The nurses and front desk staff are courteous and helpful and the schedulers work to get us in as soon as possible (depending on the severity of the issue).

1 /5 David: I just got a phone call from a young lady there threatening me saying we will not be refilling your blood pressure medication unless I come down and have an appointment with my primary nurse down there , I have ptsd and I take that as a threat , its the newer Caucasian girl down there who last time tried to make me do things her way and I felt as if I was being manipulated and she was so unprofessional as if he she was from some hoodlum situation. They mentioned this 1 time before and so I came in and my primary Lisa durann said they would not do this by having to have an appointment for my blood pressure medication.. I will not be treated this way by a clinic that just wants money. Called down and asked another employee down there and found out the medical assistants name is Sarah, I would hope a supervisor down there would monitor her behavior when interacting with there patients and see 1st hand how she treats people down there.

1 /5 Tony Smith: Earliest appt they could make for primary care was 4 months out, so I said ok. Appointment gets cancelled 2 weeks prior because the "provider is not available". Then they tell me the next available appt will be another 4 months out.
