Parking is ample. The intake lady (seemed new) should know more about different kinds of insurance medical cards, (Regence is pretty common I would think) but other than that an over all excellent and expedient service. We chose St. Clair because it is close to our home and I didnt think the line would be as long as other hospitals. It was a good choice. The phone charging station is a nice convenience.

She has been very dismissive of my issues and concerns regarding my health and today I came in wanting a dermatology referral for my contact dermatitis and wanted an actual person specialized in skin to help me but instead she just gave me a prescription for a steroid cream. Yeah let me slap on steroids on my face for two weeks only for it to come back worse like that wasn’t what happened when I first saw a doctor for my eczema
