1 /5 Cathi La Roe: I don’t even want to give one star…0 would be more accurate! Portal is inaccurate, Staff are just ignorant as to policies! I literally got 6 different people with 6 different “stories” of policy and procedures in 2 days time. I tried to get med refills and was at first set up with a tele visit but did not receive any instructions by email or on the portal. So I waited 1.5 hours until the clinic closed and did not receive a call because they were on zoom but I had not been informed that I needed zoom. So I was labeled as a no show. The meds I was out of are an antidepressant which should not be stopped randomly due to depression worsening and suicidal side effects. Another appt was scheduled for 3 days later. The office called me and cancelled the tele visit saying I needed to come in person. But…my record indicates I was a no show again. The in office appt. Did not happen because I arrived late due to traffic although I gave myself plenty of time to get there. Interstate backed up and roads blocked off by police. I called while driving and was told to keep coming . When I got there I was refused service and once again labeled as a no show although I store in the office for an hour explaining my need for depression meds which I had been off of for 3 weeks at that point. I had a total meltdown and was sent home regardless of my mental state. No compassion, No concern, No assistance! That is medical neglect on the doctors part. And people wonder why Mental Health is on the rise! I could go on but will just post another review! This place sucks!

5 /5 Cary Bridgeford: This doctor is fast responder. He is clear about your health and what he recommends. His job. Primary Care. He does that job very well. If you looking for a good doctor do you want a trying to be your friend. Or trying to focus on your care? Well I will leave you with this. 25 years of care and I could not be at my best health. Everyone has different medical needs. He has met mine. I was shocked to see some individuals comments. Often times we mistake the job of a doctor. They practice medicine. Key word is practice. You should always find the best fit for yourself.

1 /5 Jennifer B: I have been a patient seeing Dr. Sashko every 3 months for the last few years. I am seeing him for a specific diagnosis that is challenging to change doctors and start the whole process over, but Im finally going to do it. At first, Dr. Sashko seems nice and pretty chill, but he actually does not listen to the patient or seem to value patient input at all. One example, my (typically low) blood pressure has been high for the last 3 or 4 visits. I shared my concerns and he stated ”Well its not high enough to medicate." That was it. No discussion of what could cause it, no guidance. Nothing. Do your health a favor and find a different doctor. I am.

5 /5 Judith Kidd: Dr Sashko has my primary care physician for 25 years. While he is not a "cuddly" doctor, he is meticulous and knowledgeable. He responds quickly to requests for referrals and refills, checks lab work promptly, and reviews notes from other providers to ensure that he has a solid overall understanding of my medical needs. I greatly appreciate his skill as a doctor and his attention to the myriad details that are part of effectively managing my overall care. Dr Sashko now provides the same excellent care to three generations of my family.

1 /5 Samara Rivera: Accompanied my husband along with his appointment to see Dr. Sashko as a new patient. My husband is a military veteran and has had little need for a doctor outside the VA until their quality of care starting declining(no in person doctors available, forcing him to have his doctors visits over video chat) and getting in to see a VA doctor can take months. Dr. Sashko was extremely rude and dismissive about my husbands medical issues and needs. He didn’t even examine him! He is not at all personable and has nonexistent bed side manner. He doesn’t even deserve one star My husband will definitely be finding a new primary doctor.
