Even though he was running late, he made me feel that he had all the time in the world for me. He gave excellent advice and is very knowledgeable. Overall, an excellent primary care physician.

5 /5 Jill Langford: Dr. Eckert has been primary care for our family (myself, husband and my parents while they were alive) since 2002. He is the best Dr we have had. Always answers our questions. Always responds to requests. Followed him from the Valley location to Moran Prairie and now to Quail Run and we live in Liberty Lake. Although hard to get into see, when needed (see pcp within 7 days of hospital discharge) they always manage to get me in. Always makes sure our communication is 2 way and he hears us as well as making sure we hear and understand what he is telling us.

Kristina: I love Latah Creek Animal Hospital. They treat every animal with respect, understanding, and genuine care. They are more expensive than other vets Ive been to but their service and care makes everything worth it. Ive never had a vet take preventative healthcare during annual visits seriously (optional blood panels and blood pressure) and it gives great peace of mind. They are also transparent in their treatment plans and invoices. Ive recommended Latah Creek Animal Hospital to everyone I know and now my whole family goes there.

Alexx Jobe: The folks at pet emergency clinic were all so wonderful to deal with. From the moment we walked in, panicked, with our puppy who was feeling unwell to the moment he was discharged we were treated with respect and professionalism. They attended to our little guy quickly and thoroughly, and had him feeling better in no time. We even had a little bit of confusion concerning our bill which was cleared up without hesitation. From the triage team and the doctor who treated our puppy all the way up the ladder to the manager, miss Melanie, pet emergency clinic earned every one of these 5 stars!

Meagan Zehm: We mainly see Dr. Thompson, he is great. Very personable and realistic. We have seen every provider in the office at one time or another and they have also been awesome. My insurance has changed, and the clinic is no longer in network, but we continue to go to Kids Clinic because we feel the quality of care is above and beyond and that means more to us that our kids have great care by people who genuinely care.

Brooke Haley: If I could give 10 starts I would. I have never experienced a more thorough and genuine doctors appointment in my life. Dr. Briscoe is truly there to help you understand and get to the bottom of any issues you are having, no matter the time limit on your appointment. Given this, be prepped for longer wait times from you appointment start time, but I promise it is 10000% worth it. She isn’t trying to rush you in or out. She gives her undivided attention. I also appreciate that she offers multi options to treatment. Rather than just slap medication on the issue, she is vested in getting to the root cause of you are. I drove almost an hour to see her for my first appointment and will continue to do so given how amazing her and the staff are. Truly top notch!

Karen Noyes, MD - Spokane

Donna Hohenschuh: Dr Noyes deserves 5 stars but the "experience" was only 3 star. The person who weighed me and took my blood pressure was not informed as to the purpose of the appointment before my appointment, and she was very, very rushed. My other complaint is the distance to the new office from my house as it is not convenient to have a primary care doctor 86 miles away. When I discussed this with Dr Noyes, she was very helpful in telling me where, at a more convenient location on the north side of town, I could get lab work and blood panels done and only see her for my annual checkup. Ill see and if I only have to go out there once a year, I will probably continue with this Dr. as I do feel she is very competent and understanding.
