    Larry C.: I went to this dealer service department to service the car I got from my cousin, since the car has been serviced here before, i have a confident that they will do a good job and take good care the car. After making an appointment and checked in on the scheduled appointment day and time, i was told by the service advisor Mark that the recall and oil change service will take about 2 hours, upon waiting for almost 3 hours, i went to follow up at the service counter if my car is done, unfortunately after that almost 3 hours waiting, they didn’t even touch my car, and the other service advisor( asian dude) who claim to be a service advisor’s supervisor said that he didn’t know what happened, Why the vehicle is not done. And didn’t even apologize until i become upset! Very disappointed, for waisting my 3 hours for nothing!Really there’s a lot of opportunity here to grow, i can tell that this dealer service department is very disorganized, no communication, no team work. I don’t trust this folks to do the job at all!

    Frank: Terrible mechanics and overpriced service. (Update, im doubling down on recommending never to take your vehicles here for service. They cracked my exhaust manifold while performing the repairs I went into detail about in my original review They replaced it, but it should have never happened in the first place. ) I brought my forester in for control arm bushing replacement and for the timing cover to be resealed. I took my car out for the first time since having this work done, and now there is a horrible valve tick coming from my engine. Its so bad Im concerned about the state of my engine now and i have to drive 3 hours to get home. Unfortunately, theyre closed today, so I cant bring this up with the manager. I would like to also add that the gouged me on the price. I have a friend who works at another dealership, and she straight up told me they bent me over backward in cost for the repairs done. Im livid. Do not bring your vehicles to this place for repairs. Oh, and this isnt the first time they messed up a repair on my vehicle. I should have gone somewhere else this time, but I didnt because theyre close to me, and now Im paying the price. Literally. Oh, they also broke my front license plate cover that was custom-made from a friend of mine. So they clearly dont care about customers vehicles.

    Gretchen: Great service!! Super honest! I took my daughter’s truck in for an exhaust system repair. Turned out to be the 2nd catalytic converter for them to fix it they would need to buy parts I didn’t need so they recommended I take it to an exhaust repair shop as they would be able to use a generic catalytic converter and it would save me money. Auto Experts didn’t charge me for figuring out what was wrong. They have earned me as a customer for future auto repair needs. Super appreciative of their honesty and integrity.

    Josh Flores: Made an appointment on December 30th for Jan 13th for 2 tires. Arrive early for the appointment and get told "we dont have those tires, we have to order them. Itll be here in 2 days." So I asked why I couldnt of been contacted before hand and was told " the appointment was made over the weekend we dont work saturdays." Which would be understandable except I made the appointment 2 weeks ago! Waste of time, they dont care about customer service probably because of their amazon contract they dont care about individuals anymore.

    Perla Garibay: Great auto shop! We got our 4 tires installed, aligned and balanced for a reasonable price. The owner was friendly, attentive and communicative during the few hours we were there. They have a small waiting area with plenty of magazines to keep you entertained. Parking is limited.
