1 /5 Frank: Terrible mechanics and overpriced service. (Update, im doubling down on recommending never to take your vehicles here for service. They cracked my exhaust manifold while performing the repairs I went into detail about in my original review They replaced it, but it should have never happened in the first place. ) I brought my forester in for control arm bushing replacement and for the timing cover to be resealed. I took my car out for the first time since having this work done, and now there is a horrible valve tick coming from my engine. Its so bad Im concerned about the state of my engine now and i have to drive 3 hours to get home. Unfortunately, theyre closed today, so I cant bring this up with the manager. I would like to also add that the gouged me on the price. I have a friend who works at another dealership, and she straight up told me they bent me over backward in cost for the repairs done. Im livid. Do not bring your vehicles to this place for repairs. Oh, and this isnt the first time they messed up a repair on my vehicle. I should have gone somewhere else this time, but I didnt because theyre close to me, and now Im paying the price. Literally. Oh, they also broke my front license plate cover that was custom-made from a friend of mine. So they clearly dont care about customers vehicles.

1 /5 Vex: !!DO NOT!! bring your vehicle in for repairs. I had a valve spring recall on my vehicle (2013 Subaru BRZ). They fixed the valve springs but ended up not putting my car back correctly so my flex plate ended up cracking 2 times. Then my transmission fluid cap wasnt put back in correctly and my car went up in smoke. Then one day they said my car was ready so i went to pick up my car and they told me they lost some screws so i couldnt pick it up anyway. They told me I had to pay $500 to get my car out of the shop because its been in their shop too many times. Mind you, this was all because of the valve spring recall still. One problem after another. So I took my car to a different shop (Pacific import auto) and they fixed my car the 1st time correctly (They specialize ONLY on subarus). Pacific import auto told me that the reason why my flex plate broke was because the mechanics at the renton service center never put on the dowel pins. I told the manger and he thought i was dumb. This renton service center has inexperienced mechanics and is trash, if the manager back in 2020 still works there, DEFINITELY do not reason with him, he is very hard headed as well.

1 /5 Bcthatswho: I do not recommend. They will bend you over with your time and price gouge you. Went in for a tire repair since it gets covered in the warranty. Takes nail out, does NOT replace the tire under warranty doesn’t even repair hole. Will never do any other repairs here I feel even more uncomfortable doing oil replacements at this location now. Thanks Walkers Subaru I wished I never bought any services from you now.

5 /5 Andy Jeffreys: Had two good experiences here on service and repairs. Justin was very good to work with in both cases. He was communicative, and collaborative with myself and the insurance adjuster. Would go back.

1 /5 Gabriel Mendoza: I went to buy an engine cooling control valve. The valve wasnt working properly, its was defective part and I went back to have them exchange it for a new part and they refused to change it because they said that since it was a rebuild title they can not give me another part. I mentioned to them what does a rebuild title has to do with a part being defective? When I bought the new part, they never said anything about it.
