Lauren Maxfield: We were there for a bmx state qualifier. Very nice park all together. My bmx riders like the bmx track, the starting hill was frustrating. If they like it more now than before, I will update my review to 5 stars.
Moira Kearney: A beautiful little hike and a great place to end up during a few hours of mountain biking the Pilchuck Tree Farm. Very few people, on a sunny Sunday in July we saw only 4 others on our way up...compare that to the high volume congo line hikes our near Si and Snoqualmie!
F Tu: On a sunny weekday, we practically had the entire area to ourselves. The variety of birds of prey was incredible, making it a truly wonderful and memorable experience.
Jeff Allen: Stopped in after longly anticipating and was not disappointed. Bertelsen def is the alpha of winery with in the area and they puff their chests out letting you know it. With a solid varietal of wines to choose from they serve ya a 4 pour (yes that rhymes) tasting of your choice on some of the more cooler platters I’ve seen. I personally love when these places add uniquely fine details to stand out, and Bertelsen makes you feel VIP when your out. This place will give ya live music in a beautiful setting and serve you with some beautiful smiles. I was really impressed by Heidi who personally picked our brain some and checked in from time to time.
This place is so popular there is a wait list to join. If that don’t tell ya what’s up than I don’t know what’s up at all.
Check them out and sip on some of that Syrah & Barbera. It’s some aphrodisiac for the mouth. ☺️
Kathleen Tutu ma.: Stunning, heartwarming, colorful exhibit resonating love of family and country. The moment I saw this local artists exhibit in the Skagit Herald I knew I was planning a "date day" with my husband. I found these paintings so exciting and familiar to Hawaiian artist Yvonne Cheng, yet Mr. Guillens art is bursting with warmth and color even Ms. Cheng at times struggles to capture. These paintings brought back loads of great memories of the Merida community and the people at the hacienda of Santa Rosa. His family must be so proud and Im grateful for the folks who allowed their Jesus Guillen art to be shared at the museum. Fantastically displayed!! Mahalo!
Karin Kersteter: A beautiful park filled with native plants next to a clear, gurgling Friday Creek. Spend some time there just soaking it in. It is beautiful in all seasons, and even in the rain. They did a great job making winding paths that allow you to walk for quite a bit, all the while you are pretty close to the parking lot.
Geoff Winslow: Brought my sailboat to the mooring balls on the NW side of the island this weekend. Moorings were available and well-spaced, and a nice short dinghy ride to the beach. Just be careful of high tide - theres not a lot of room to bring your dinghy up higher than the highest tide, so tie it off. Hiking trails were very nice and the area was well protected from southerlies blowing as well.
