5 /5 M I: My 3 kids see Dr. Richardson he is great! I have also heard wonderful things about Dr. Brady from my sisters. I see Dr. Gloria for my primary care and my parents Dr. Hornell. My experience with all the mentioned Drs has always been the best service! They listen, they are compassionate and they take care of business. The quality of care my family has received at this clinic is 5 star service!

1 /5 Elaine A.: Terrible customer service. The receptionist spelled my name wrong despite giving her my drivers license and verifying it on the phone. It cost me $500 with insurance to be a new patient. The nurse was in a rush and didnt ask about family history or supplements. The doctor ordered a blood work test that charged my insurance $600. The blood work came back normal. The issue of hives was not addressed. The doctor wouldnt refer me to a dermatologist until I had two months of chronic hives.

1 /5 Miranda Stonestreet: Michelle the receptionist is very rude, let’s not even get into the fact that their Dr’s who have been seeing the same patient for 4+ years can’t write a prescription correctly to save his life. After at least a year of dealing with incorrect proscriptions, missing work to try to handle it. And countless phone calls I’m done. Not only do they just forward your call and lie about the manager being in a meeting but they talk in circles and aren’t willing to admit that they are all incompetent. Absolutely see why they have horrible ratings and reviews. It’s really sad because my son loves his Doctor but the care he is receiving is sub par to say the least. And I am the mom who will call over and over until someone can figure out what way is up and what way is down. I have all the messages from MyChart showing that this isn’t something that’s happened once or twice but about 6 times.

2 /5 Elisa Powell: Dr.Pickett is great. Saw my daughter first; somehow it was covered by insurance. I then established care and after appointment found that doctor was no longer covered. $300 later both insurance and clinic were sorry no one mentioned this. Premera is not an insurance that covers this clinic. I was told it was the patients responsibility to ensure doctors are preferred providers. I agree; but if you ask for my insurance at time of appointment; shouldn’t your staff know that the doctor is not a preferred provider too? I waited 6 months to establish care and now I am back to square one.

Darvin every appointment has been okey she has brushed off every symptom I’ve told her even after multiple visits to the ER for my 4 year old… And then I went today I got attacked and yelled at by the doctor because she was acting like I wasn’t taking care of my daughter symptoms when I’ve had multiple ER visits I have scheduled multiple appointments for the same thing and she basically yelled at me the The whole appointment didn’t give me room to ask Questions and was out of the room before I knew the appointment was even over and then the way she made the nurse Schedule my appointment like I wasn’t gonna bring my daughter back I felt extremely disrespected, and I couldn’t say anything Signs all over saying it’s harassment is harassment to stick up for yourself is this clinic?

Michael: Edith Zaragosa is an amazing Primary Care Practitioner, she listens and cares about her patients. Unfortunately the office staff and nurses are unprofessional. I have to call repeatedly to ask for simple things like a prior-authorization to refill a standing prescription. I have been told 4 times in 5 business days that someone would call me back and no one ever does. Almost every time I call back myself (a business day later) there is no progress on my request, nor even a record that I called, and we start the request process all over again. Beyond frustrated; I am actively looking for a new Primary Care Provider now.

Shay Flory: I dealt with this man and his partner when he worked in Wenatchee. I was having issues they did a colonoscopy and NEVER got back to me. Years later I move back home and it’s getting worse. I get referred to him he does another scope and again no fallow up. Rude, cut me off made me wait almost an hour in the room does the scope and no word back. I call I’m blown off and so upset I ask for a referral to someone else. They call his office to request my record and he CANCELS my other referral and says he’s treating me and I don’t need them to fallow up. Takes months before I find out what’s going on and AGAIN insist on another doctor. I FINALLY get seen a YEAR later by the new doctor at the office and when I tell you the horror on that man’s face when he realized that they found on the scope that I have UC and it’s been going untreated for years. In the mean time I’m sick and loosing hours at work and time with my daughter. It was a nightmare. Please please DONT SEE THIS GUY!
