5 /5 Marian Lanham: I got there a few minutes early and waited just a few minutes to be called. The nurse was great. She did my vitals and was friendly. Dr He came in quickly. She listened to my questions and answered them understandably. Set me up with appointment information. I understood my next steps clearly. Dr He was great.

5 /5 Aldridge Al “Big Al”: Nurse Teresa in the Podiatry dept. does a nice job with my feet. Trimming nails and calluses. She is knowledgeable, personable and takes pride in her work. She communicates well.

5 /5 Ann Cordero: Michelle Merzoian, Occupational Therapist, was very friendly, personable, and helpful. She evaluated the hand I had injured 6 weeks prior to the appointment thoroughly and conscientiously, including testing my grip strength and teaching me 2 hand exercises. She answered my questions well.

5 /5 Lance Miller: I became a new patient with Dr. Mandrelle today and I will tell you he is the nicest man I have ever met. He listened to everything I said and in the post-visit notes he listed every topic we discussed which has never happened. He sent me for lab work and then came over and had me come back to see him in order to tell me he ordered me a BP device for home. I take 4 pills a day for it and it is still always high and he is the first to take direct action for it. I feel so lucky to have him. I am trying to get my daughter signed up as his patient now. The lab worker who took my blood was also outstanding. Great personality and very good at drawing blood. Great visit all around.

5 /5 Amanda Wilson: Lori (I think her name badge said her last name was Evans) at the Longview Kelso office, was amazing! Very personable, understanding, kind, and FUN!! She deserves a raise. Please make sure she knows shes making a difference. As a Healthcare worker myself, its means the world when I hear patients walked away better than when they came in.
