1 /5 Austin gamer99: My mom was in extreme pain, a 10/10 on the pain scale, enough so that she was taken to this hospital in an ambulance. The ride was bumpy but they were nice to her in the ambulance. The security staff were extremely nice and respectful. The lady at the front desk of the emergency area was short with me but not quite rude, I had to be quite persuasive so she could get the help she needs as she was crying and shaking on the floor. Also to note was that several of the wheel chairs were falling apart. Although once we finally saw a doctor he was supper nice and straight forward when explaining the issue and prescribed the best medication he could offer. She had also been here waiting for several hours till 1am a few days prior but due to the painful IV that started to hurt more than her current pain she got up and left. Without me there she was ignored and swept under the rug. I highly respect doctors and I know nothing when it comes to this subject and yes some people were nice but the wait was ridiculous, I can not recommend this hospital in any way shape or form.

1 /5 Hi: TERRIBLE experience. NOT PEDIATRIC FRIENDLY. ZERO pediatric care provided. Our ED visit was 9 hours for our 2 year old who had blood in their stools. Never saw a room. We sat in a makeshift cubicle where we could hear / see other patient information & their diagnosis. Zero privacy. We waited 4 hours in the waiting room to even get her blood drawn. Mind you, the waiting room is NOT PEDIATRIC FRIENDLY. Then we proceeded to wait 3 hours to get imaging. We finally left at 12AM. NO ONE communicated time frames or gave suggestions. For a department that was so busy & overwhelmed they sure dished the addicts out quick & made sure to get them out the door asap but not a 2 year old? Why would we wait 4 hours for a blood draw when triage told us that’s what we needed? There is zero rhyme or reason when it comes to this departments protocol. You are a dollar sign to this facility. Not a patient & it truly showed. We are grateful healthy was our diagnosis. But very saddened that this was the protocol for pediatric patients. We left feeling wronged & will never come back due to this experience.

5 /5 sheilaalauddin: I, sadly have needed the ER services twice lately and chose this ER over PeaceHealth. Both times I was treated with compassion and all my questions were answered before I was released. While I am sure that the cause of my ER visits got me to the top of the list of being seen…. I truly was amazed at how many people were in the ER. And while waiting in the lobby to be called back, I also was amazed at how some people use the ER for things that they could see their regular doctor or an urgent care for. I received excellent care from this hospital and am glad it was there for me in my time(s) of need.

2 /5 Ben Preheim: If you want to feel ignored, dismissed, and treated like an inconvenience, then Dr. Tim is the perfect ER doctor for you. From the moment he walked in, his attitude screamed that he didn’t care. He barely listened, acted like I was wasting his precious time, and made me feel like a complete idiot for even coming in. His bedside manner is non-existent—cold, condescending, and downright rude. On top of that, his communication is abysmal. He doesn’t explain anything, avoids answering questions, and seems annoyed that he even has to deal with patients. If you’re in pain, scared, or just looking for basic human decency, don’t expect to find it with Dr. Tim. He clearly hates his job, and honestly, he should find a new one. I’m giving two stars only because the rest of the ER staff was great—kind, professional, and actually cared. Too bad Dr. Tim couldn’t do the same.

3 /5 Kyla Dordan: I went to the emergency department today after swearing a year ago that I would never go back. Yes the wait times are horrible, extremely uncomfortable, and very, very public. There is absolutely no privacy from or for other patients. HIPAA is clearly not being followed in any way, shape or form. However, the care, once received, is individually compassionate and thorough. I do wish for the good old days when you were checked into a private room with a bed. I wish there were other, better options available in our community.
