The new owner isnt new to the nail industry & also owns Luminous Nail Lounge (she is fantastic & cares about her customers). Ive been going there for years and followed my favorite nail tech to this new location. They have great attention to detail. The salon is beautiful & clean. Its a relaxing experience & I will continue to come back for even more years to come. Thank you Tracy & team!

This is the third owner and though theyve all been great, I feel like this new team has brought the salon to an elevated level. Never had an issue getting in and always feel very welcome! They were so kind and patient with my daughter and with me I didnt know what I wanted for sure and the lady that helped me told me a great idea and made sure I loved it before she actually did the whole thing. We will be back ladies thank you so much! Oh and also, they even offered us something to drink while we were there which was like the icing on the cake ❤️

She finally has her own spa and she is the most deserving person of all of the success shes having. I currently commute all the way from Issaquah because I dont trust anyone else with my lashes. If you’re looking for cheap, this is not the place for you. If you’re willing to pay a price for quality services, then Queen Nails is right for you! I have brought my Mom when she comes to town, my niece, goddaughter, and friends all to Ann, and they all love her services. Linda and Erick are pretty awesome too. He does a wonderful job and the quality is so good that my nails last a month and would last longer if I grew less nail. I have thin nail beds that can be a nail techs nightmare. Not for Larry, he has done a great job time after time. Thank you, Larry and his wife Lynn for making my hands look great.

I love the decor and atmosphere, great music in the background and complimentary drink menu for customers. The attention to detail is what sets them apart. There’s a super cute boutique setup in the waiting room. It’s extremely clean. They have great massage chairs for pedicures. My nails last forever. If there’s ever a mistake, they are happy to fix it without charge. They have never ever cut my cuticles like other salons. Excellent customer service skills here. You will love it!

Geiza Sanchez: I came here because my roommate gets her nails done here and i love the way they look. It was my first time here and my last. I asked for a full set and showed a picture of what I wanted I asked multiple times if it was possible and I never got a solid yes for response just head nods. Once I was seated I asked the lady doing my nails if she was able to do something similar to the picture she kept talking to the man a few seats next to her doing my friends nails… we got there at 4:30 and left almost at 6 and got NOTHING CLOSE to what I wanted. So upsetting I understand if they couldn’t do what I was asking for but letting me sit through a whole new set and not getting anything close to what I wanted was frustrating.

KD Long: I hate my nails and I paid $100. And that’s partially my fault for not making a fuss while I was there. But I was a walk in a few days ago, 2 hours before closing, and I got a full set of acrylics. The guy who did them made them so thick and even crooked on some. It was such a disappointment because I haven’t gotten my nails done in years, and now I remember why I stopped getting them. I won’t be going back and I suggest people look elsewhere to get acrylics done. Idk if the guy had a long day or just didn’t care, but I’m very sad I now have to go spend more money to get them fixed somewhere else

Francina Matos: Friendly staff and easy for walk in visits. Had to ask the nail tech to paint the edges of the nail. She didn’t seem too annoyed but when there was a speck of dust that dried over and it was obvious, she tried dismissing it and trying to normalize it. If the client is unhappy with the finished look they’ll be paying for, the least you can do it accommodate rather than trying to convince them the defect is okay. So after insisting, she fixed it, seeming a bit more annoyed but the nails look much better now. Won’t be returning though.
