5 /5 Tracy Pagel: I had a bad experience at a different salon and Jacob was able to make my hair phenomenal! I’ve been to some of the swankiest salons on the West side but I’ve never had a stylist like Jacob. I now have the best stylist I’ve ever had! He really had to clean up a mess with what I came in with. I saw so many great colors and cuts walk out of the M while I was there. Don’t bother going to another salon. They are artists.
