Chelsea Beveridge, MD - Pasco Erika Young: Difficult, impatient, and rude. Will be calling this in because of the insensitivity to someone suffering from a recent suicide of a loved one and diagnosed low blood pressure when I came in. I needed patience and compassion. When I didnt answer the cancer questions fast enough, I could see she was getting visibly irritated when I told her I was nervous and asked for her patience. She got more angry when I told her that shes the professional and I should not be treated like this. A professionals number one goal should be to do no harm and to be kind and understanding. I was visibly nervous and shaking, and this doctor did not care. Instead, she threw me out like I was trash because I questioned her attitude towards me. Is this what professional care is these days? Its not a drive-through....youre dealing with real people, and maybe try switching places??? This has never happened to me in a setting, and your office will be hearing from the correct people so that a lesson is learned. If its bad enough, where I actually need to say something, then its bad.

These people have seen me and my son 2 times now and itās been the best experience ever. They are kind and caring. Everything you want in an urgent care. Thank you to the team who took care of us the other night when my som had cut his finger. It was 5 minutes to close. My husband ran inside in panic mode. And instead of telling us no (like health first urgent care) did down the street. They took us right away. I love their team.
Kadlec Clinic - Pasco Primary Care - Pasco M I: My 3 kids see Dr. Richardson he is great! I have also heard wonderful things about Dr. Brady from my sisters. I see Dr. Gloria for my primary care and my parents Dr. Hornell. My experience with all the mentioned Drs has always been the best service! They listen, they are compassionate and they take care of business. The quality of care my family has received at this clinic is 5 star service!
Lourdes Family Medicine - Pasco N Blue: A complete joke like most other large system health providers. Note the omission of ācareā. I scheduled as a new patient because the website boldly proclaimed āaccepting new patientsā. Apparently, this was not the case as I found out upon arrival to my appointment, a mere month after booking. From their IT to their front desk I was once again able to experience ineptitude at levels Iāve only come to know with hospitals and clinics. I wonāt say the Doctorās name because itās not his fault, merely those tasked with establishing patient trust in every other facet of the business. Thanks for scribbling the name and number of another Lourdes-associated provider for me on a post-it note. Itās in the trash bin across the hall. A waste of paper, waste of time, waste of money.
Skagit Valley Hospital - Mount Vernon Darla Crookshank: Admittance was very easy. The staff was very courteous. The nurses were very nice. Facility was very clean. Surgery went well. Discharge was done in a timely manner. The follow-up was unexpected. I received a call the following day to see how things were going and if I had any questions. Overall I was very satisfied with the services at Skagit Valley Hospital.
