Marcus Harkins: I took my mother’s 2021 Kia Soul in to fix and repaint the rear bumper after a little fender bender. They did a horrible job paint matching. On top of that, they refuse to repaint it because it’s “good enough” and have yet to call back after multiple attempts. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want proper customer service. Take a look at the pictures and you be the judge if that’s 100% customer satisfaction.
