1 /5 Deena Cunningham: worst experience ever, Dr Jenson was the best, but now is going to retire,so I tried out the new owner Natalya juson.i have had at least 10 teeth extracted in my life with no problems.this time was the worst continual dental pain I ever had. she had me raise my hand when pain got unbearable and she stopped she stated tooth is very loose and ready to go.this happened at least 10 more times. I felt every thing she did. so now I will be like Dr Jenson retiring from mill plain dental except on bad terms

Twysted Cyster: I lost a big filling on Christmas day. They were able to get me in, as a new patient, on the 27th. I have PTSD from terrible experiences with past dentists. Dr. Groom was so very understanding with me and patient. He listened when I told him how anxious I was and did everything he could to make me as comfortable as possible. He gave me my options for taking care of my tooth and didnt try to talk me into the most expensive one. That shows me that he wants to do what is best for his patients not just make money. I made it through this appointment without crying (thats huge for me) and I even scheduled a cleaning. The fact that Im going back is a big deal. Thank you all so much for making this as easy as possible for me.

I have a slight phobia of going to the dentist and I have to say the office was clean, comfortable, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. The secretary greeted me with a smile and got me checked in. The dental hygienist (sorry didn’t catch name as I was nervous) was so nice, she took good care of me. She was gentle, took her time and handled my anxiousness without getting upset or rude. She was confident, thorough and I could tell without a doubt she knew what she was doing. Then the dentist (Andrey Vorobets) came in and he was also kind, and didn’t make me feel ashamed, embarrassed, or uncomfortable regarding my lack of dental care. I do brush my teeth daily and take care of my teeth to the best of my ability, but haven’t been to the dentist besides emergency services in over 8 years. He went over my X-rays and explained everything clearly. He was not rushing, pushy or trying to make me do anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. In fact he let me know I was in charge of my dental care and moving at my own pace. When the dentist finished up the insurance administrator came in to go over my care plan and billing. She was also nice and explained things well. My insurance is in-network so the prices were affordable and I was able to move forward and get started on deep cleaning right away. I left feeling hopeful and optimistic about getting my dental hygiene back on track!! With all this taken into amount I would recommend anyone to Padden Dental. Especially if you are like me and have anxiety or stress regarding going to the dentist.

Anthony F: Positive experiences with Dr Kelstrom and now Dr Jensen. I prefer a conservative approach (only doing work when necessary) and both doctors have been fully aligned. Ive been going for 3-4 years now and just had my first 2 fillings though I certainly could have gotten them sooner. So, in general, friendly, knowledgeable staff and consistent experience. I recommend to anyone who needs to find a new dentist.
