2 /5 Richard Beilsmith: My experience with the hygienist for teeth cleaning was professional and pleasant I would give him 5 stars, however the front office lady not so much, not worth a star. She wanted me to complete updated information, I told her that I did it in the computer when they emailed me that request weeks earlier. She said they did not get it, to which I replied it thanked me when it was completed, but just like in the past within a few days I get the same email request, even if you fill it out again, same thing happens. I usually get 3 requests and mentioned this the last time in which he was 3 months earlier, to something was wrong with their email info request. My wife who sees same dentist has had same issue as me and she also mentioned it. My low rating here is because of the her response " well your the only one with that problem". Wow, great customer satisfaction response. I signed the dam form, but gave no information. Excuse me for pointing out an issue and basically being blown off.
