    Elizabeth Williams: My car suddenly wouldnt start over the weekend; another mechanic shop (which was overbooked) recommended Evergreen Automotive. Im so glad I was led here. Ive not had the best experience in the past with other mechanics who have claimed I needed unnecessary repairs, and in this situation, Evergreen could have easily taken advantage of me since it was unclear what caused the issue. Instead, they checked it over thoroughly, found nothing wrong (the car actually decided to start working again after the tow over to the shop - the assumption being that maybe something had become misaligned and went back into place), and, despite the amount of time they spent on it, didnt charge me anything. They also were very patient in answering my many questions and ensuring I understood what might have happened and what to do if it occurred again. Have been recommending them to others since and glad to know I now have a trustworthy place to go for any future services!
