1 /5 Carissa Lawrence: Felt extremely rushed not professional. My nails looks horrible :( I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. High prices for the quality that you are getting. We even complained at the end and the manager just shrugged her arms. My nails are already chipping and they look bumpy. My nail polish was still stuck to my skin at the end. Will Never go here again.. If you guys are looking in the area for a nail salon just go around the building there is another nail salon on the other side, I had a much better experience there. Oh and for Covid happening it was very unsanitary. :( very disappointing....

1 /5 Carina Lewis: Really disappointed in my nails. The gel polish is all over my cuticles and not fully curred on the edges and not a smooth polish application. Its going to lift in less than a week. When I asked to have it fixed she just took cuticle nippers to some of the areas and didnt really fix the problem. Ill be filling them around the cuticles as they grow which I should have to do. She just stopped trying at a point and walked away. Will not be returning. My pedicure was good and the lady took her time and did a great job. The only reason for any stars at all. Update: my polish chipped with the first few days and it was supposed to be gel. Another nail salon had to repaint them. While that was happening, they said they did such a bad job there was water that got into the acrylic and was starting to form fungus. They said it looked like they used regular polish and just covered it with gel. Never again.

5 /5 LOL LOL: I called for an appointment but it wasnt necessary as they take walk-ins. Within minutes I was seated and being worked on. Although I only got a pedi (without nail polish) they did an excellent job. My feet are extremely sensitive and she did a very thorough job without causing me any pain or issues. Appreciative

1 /5 Paula Marcella: I would give this place negative stars if I could. Went there today and as my nails were being painted I pointed out that she colored outside the lines. She just smiled like she didnt understand English. After she was done I told her again that they looked horrible. She got a really sharp tool and tried to chip extra polish away .I now have several hang nails and she chipped part of the polish off on the nail itself. I finally told her to stop (Im sure, just before she drew blood). I was still charged full price!!!!! I made sure before I left that it was understood that not only would I not be back, but, I would spread the word to anyone who will listen DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!! There are plenty of good nail salons in Lakrwood, dont waste your time or money on these hacks.
