My nails were getting weak with regular gel manicures at another shop, and I havent looked back since switching to Opal. Since all of their booking is online, I never feel like my service is rushed. And Kayla always brings my nail art dreams to life!

5 /5 Irina A: Tried this place out and I love it. If you don’t like the strong smell of a traditional nail salon you’ll love this one. It’s natural based, clean so if you get any seasonal eczema on your hands or anything like that this place is wonderful since they use mild or nontoxic products. Their products won’t trigger any skin issues. Alison is great. The polish she use doesn’t chip easily. Highly recommend them.

5 /5 Olivia De Fore: The attention to heart centered detail and love for community by Kayla is unmatched. Shelby’s care for my pedicure when I can be prone to ingrown is amazing. Hard to trust anyone else because they have never hurt afterwards with her and have in past experiences. I was so relaxed after foot massage part it was hard to leave after! Everyone is so lovely and seasoned professionals + it’s so fun sometimes we all chat with the other clients and make friends and sometimes just feel like relaxing and having a silent service and the tech understands that completely. The place is super cute and lovely curated inside. They have all price points for accessibility and you can tell they put a lot of care into the details. It’s odd people trying to shame them about their cancellation policy.. it clearly says what the boundaries are when booking and you get to choose for yourself if they are aligned with you. This is a lovely place and I personally want them to have a livelihood and stick around in our community. So I’m happy to pay if they can’t fill my spot when sick. Just seems like a no brainer they can’t pay the bills if we the clients don’t show up. Anyways thank you Opal for taking care of me and the toe color Shelby helped me pick out and step out of comfort zone is just what I needed to get through the rest of this winter in Seattle :)

5 /5 Holly Mouser-Guerra: My first time here was such a great experience. I hadnt gotten a manicure in over two years when I decided to try out Opal. Shelby was so gentle and caring with my hands, and as proof of her stellar nail painting skills Im posting a photo of the same manicure two full WEEKS later. This is just regular polish, not gel! Im astounded at how long this manicure has lasted without any chips. Totally blown away and will come back!
