1 /5 King Juppo: List of full complaints. 1. I asked them in person to cancel and appointment and then they charged for me cancelation fees and claim they have no record of it. 2. I went in for my scheduled cleaning and they decided i was getting a cavity filled instead 3. When they did my cavity they made me uncomfortable and craned my neck the whole time instead of adjusting meaning i oeft with neck and shoulder pain. 4. They don’t have any understanding of insurance and refer you to places that don’t accept it. Charging me for a cancellation was really the last straw when i told them in advanced to cancel it. They are clearly careless and crooks. I hope their pittance of a charge is worth all future business from my family.

5 /5 Katie Carpenter: I have significant fear of going to the dentist and had a good experiences at Orchards Dental. Michele is consistently patient and kind both by phone and in person . The Dr. put me at ease and by far the super star is Shaun the hygienist. She was warm and kind and didnt make me feel embarrassed about my anxiety or the state of my teeth. I hope to keep my visits to a bi-yearly cleaning, but I know if future work is needed, I am in good hands.

5 /5 L Prouty: Staff is awesome, caring & Came in for a filling. The numbing process with gel and a shot was quick, then they allow it to set in before working. Dr. asked throughout procedure if i was doing okay. A new special device to do fillings made the process go much faster. In the past I would panic when i couldnt swallow, but they told me to breathe through my nose and it helped me relax

5 /5 Crista Hagan: Shawn is a skilled, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable hygienist who carefully explains things so I have a better understanding of the ecosystem of my mouth, and how to take care of it well. Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, practical, and honest with a comfortable, competent chair-side manner. The staff and environment of Orchards Dental is worth the extra drive time!

5 /5 Lloyd Nash: Hasnt been an appointment there. Yeah, that I havent. I havent been taking care of well. It starts at the front staff and great doctors. Always, Im glad I uh, got them on my. Works insurance? Because ive been I got them.What done in my a smiles a lot better..
