1 /5 Otis Bartleh: Didnt even go in, yet, cant cancel my appointment. They were a referral from my primary dentist. I hadnt called Dr Kim yet, but his staff called me on a Friday afternoon and set an appointment for Monday afternoon. Staff was condescending and wasnt happy even with the call to set an appointment, but set it anyway.
Then over the weekend, I looked up Dr Kim, found some really bad reviews (rude to women, condescending to patients, refusal of numbing meds, poor quality work leading to further, and in one review, potentially fatal issues) that make me not want to go there. So I call to cancel my appointment, but neither the phone number on their automated email or even the one they called me from on Friday are going through. No machine, no answering service, just that the call can not go through. Ive tried calling from 2 different phones, same thing. And their email was from an automated email address (which I replied to anyway to try and let them know of my cancellation). It is literally impossible to cancel if they make themselves unreachable.
I even checked my phone to make sure it is working, and it is. I just called my primary dentist, and got a referral to a different oral surgeon. Plus, in 2024, what doctor doesnt have an answering machine or answering service?!
