5 /5 Soren Fields: I came in to get the Nexplanon implant because my usual provider had me on a two week waitlist. Planned Parenthood got me a walk in the same day I called. I felt safe and full informed the entire time. They walked me through each step of the process making sure I was comfortable and educated about what was going on. They are there because they want to help you, they are kind and passionate and I had an amazing experience.

Waiting room was safe, comfortable and clean, check in staff were efficient and friendly, and my clinical team were extremely kind and helpful. Special shout out to Bri, Kaela and Jessica, all really wonderful professionals providing essential patient care!!!

5 /5 Jennifer Ferris: Had an amazing overall experience yesterday. I went in for an IUD removal and replacement. They worked with me not having insurance and were understanding and compassionate the entire time. They walked me through everything and made sure I understood the process. Every person I came into contact with was friendly, kind, and respectful. For being something that I was dreading, the fact I felt compelled to write a review says it all. Thank you all! My Dr was Chelsea, I wish I could remember all the lovely ladies names, I appreciate you all.
