Jimmy Frando: I had surgery earlier this year in March. I was scared and nervous but Dr. Horn and her staff provided such great care and made me feel safe and comfortable the whole way through, from consultation to post-op recovery.
Dr. Horn was very professional, explained the entire process for me, and was very patient with answering my many questions. She did such an amazing job and I now feel so much better than I did before my surgery.
Her staff were also very caring and very efficient with getting me checked in and going over my medical history and allergies.
I am so thankful for everyone there and I would not hesitate to ask for their help again in the future if need be. Thank you again Dr. Horn and staff for your timely and professional service. I really appreciate all of you!
Liz Schmidt: I’ve been with my PCP now for 2 yrs! I’m very happy with the care she has given me! She listens and is very knowledgeable when I ask her questions! She includes me with my medical treatment and never hesitates to prescribe what is needed to get me well! She’s always cheerful. Appointment availability is great and when I send messages to her, either her or her care team responds and resolves issues right away! Thank-you, Renee Mueller for the fantastic care! ; )
Katie Merrifield: After a bad experience with our own pediatrician, it was such a blessing to come to Shriners Fracture Clinic for my two-year-olds broken arm. From the ease of parking to every person being kind and friendly, to the quality care given, I have to say that this place is top-notch. They had books for the kids to read while I filled out paperwork and said we could take one home with us. While we waited for the doctor, a recreational therapist came and brought the kids toys and snacks to keep them occupied. The x-ray tech did a fabulous job with both my kids keeping the whole situation as light-hearted and fun as possible. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and great with children. So thankful for the great experience we had there!
Timothy Powell: I am perplexed at 2 of the most negative and vehement reviews above and feel obligated to respond to the attack on my character. I invite future readers to do 2 things. Type “Timothy Powell MD Spokane Washington” into a web browser to see over 1000 reviews with a 4.9/5 rating over several physician review corporations. Then specifically look at the Providence Health webpage for nearly 100 written reviews on me and our Epilepsy practice. I have never written a comment on my own review page before, never ever, and hope to never again. I have asked Google to look at one specific review on this page, reporting it as harassment and offensive. They will be making a decision as to whether the one specific review stays on this site. Please understand that I could not let such a personal and hurtful attack go unaddressed. Thank you for understanding and allowing me to do this. It is deeply appreciated. Tim Powell, MD
A BE: I cant recommend Dr. Dygert enough! From the moment I became a patient, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention I’ve received. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m not only well taken care of but truly heard. Appointments are always thorough and never rushed, and I appreciate how accessible she is—whether it’s a quick question or an urgent concern, I always feel like I’m a priority. In the past Ive waited weeks to see my GP, but now I can text, call or schedule an in person visit and get in to see her in 24 hours or less (typically same day!) when something urgent arises.
The personalized approach she takes to healthcare has made a huge difference in my overall well-being. She takes the time to explain things clearly, offer guidance, and provide solutions that make sense for me and my lifestyle. Not to mention that shes incredibly kind and makes you feel at ease no matter what situation might be.
This is the best money Ive ever spent on my health - hands down. And since I dont have to go to urgent care anymore, in the long run Ill be saving money. If your medical needs go beyond a yearly checkup at the doctors, or you end up at urgent care a couple times a year this is an absolute no brainer. I would give her 10 stars if I could. :)
Teresa Deck: I have been a patient here for years and now I have decided I’m finally going to switch hospitals and go to sacred heart , I’m fed up with the emergency doctors and especially your house doctor the one that decides if u get admitted or not , I was in deaconess on2/2/24. Plus I was in on 2/1/24. And couldn’t breath , on 2/2/24 , your house doctor comes in with an attitude and comes in and says I’m gonna tell u right now I’m not admitting u , well I didn’t want admitted I wanted to breath and get better , I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do take my antibiotics, my stenosis and this hospital sends me home knowing I can’t breath with pneumonia, and does nothing for me , if I could star it a zero I would , so now it’s time to switch hospitals I’m done with the careless people ,
N M: Three stars only due to the wait but understood because every person who came in beside us asked for a Covid test.
Heather at the front was so kind and warm, she offered my partner warm blankets for her pain and water for both of us while we waited. She also kept updating us.
Once we were brought back the nurse was less than warm, but under the staff shortages and pandemic I don’t blame her. The only sad part was my partner was in a significant amount of pain so a little kindness would have been appreciated.
Once the dr came in he was fast and thorough, and sent us directly to Valley hospital due to the dire nature. The nurse who took my partner out to the car was very nurturing and kind.
We appreciate the care.
