5 /5 David Smith: Ive been taking regular physical therapy for my back and shoulder and have had three different therapists. All are friendly informative and careful not to overwork me or cause unnecessary pain. The desk staff has been very helpful in making the 14 appointments I require and quickly got to know my face at check in making me feel welcome and respected. Even when the waiting room is packed my therapy always starts and ends on time with no unnecessary waiting. Thats a rare find in anything medical these days. Yesterday I had an EKG done in the cardiology clinic and I was taken back 10 minutes early and finished in under half an hour. Providence is running a tight and efficient ship over there.

5 /5 tlind26: Providence hospital in the valley is by far the best hospital in all of Spokane County. The people are friendly, youre not treated differently because of race, age, ability to pay, no insurance. They treat everybody the same, besides being professional, kind, caring, they are all extremely good at their jobs. I would go here before any place else.

5 /5 Rocky Smith: Urgent care was busy at opening, 8 people in line in front of me but thats expected! I usually go for labs here and its often busy also. I visited cardiology last week and they were quick and efficient and Dr Lee was impressive wth what she knew about my issues and made me comfortable talking wth her! I recommend Providence Medical Building for many of your needs!

1 /5 Brian Pring: I received an echocardiogram and Providence wanted to charge me for outpatient hospital services instead of what this is, which is a diagnostic test. Their billing staff wouldnt even discuss this with me. I had to seek assistance from the Washington State Insurance Commissioners office to get this charged correctly. I will discontinue my care with Providence.

5 /5 Jason Blain: The staff were polite and effecient. We entered and were promptly helped and given directions. It was fast and convenient. This seems like an excellent place to have lab work done.
