Mary Geyer: Great place to call if youre sick and you have the ability to connect with them. They came to my home with-in 4 hours. They were able to help me out with some of the very important things I needed during that visit. They have so many different abilities available that they can offer at their visit with you. I was actually even feeling a tiny bit better when they left. I was very impressed! I will definitely refer them to friends. Assuming they can connect with them. Im not sure if its done conptractual or not. Give them a try for sure. You wont be disappointed!

Lindsey Duvanich: As a local small business owner, I am deeply grateful for my experience with TRW Management. I began my business relationship with their company in January 2020, signing a 3 year lease that included a full demo and remodel of my space. Through that process, I quickly learned what kind of people I was working with- the kind that don’t come around often- they go well above and beyond and go out of their way consistently to connect with their tenants. I have leased other spaces, and have many close friends that lease commercial spaces locally. I hear my friends’ experiences with their building owners and management companies, and I can honestly say business simply doesn’t get better with anyone outside TRW; they go out of their way to help small business owners like myself succeed. I recently renewed my lease with their company, and look forward to many more years happily doing what I love with TRW Management.

Shyla Klein: The staff ignored us multiple times I have been here for a total of ten hours so far and seven of which was spent in the waiting room. Still in the waiting room btw. I came in because my pupils are different sizes and I hit my head really hard and it was bleeding and they just shrugged me off. Said no to giving me food. The staff at your front desk of the adult emergency are very rude very full of themselves. As soon as that clock hits midnight your staff no longer care about your patients. We were in earlier and it was so much different so much quicker and so much more help. Anytime we ask the front desk anything she has an attitude and says things very abruptly and very rude then turns away from you as if to say go away from me. Definitely need staff who aren’t just here for a paycheck. Especially in the emergency department because why have I watched them ignore multiple patients not even just me and then just gossip and talk in the little cubicle thing for hours. They act as if it’s a burden when someone walks up. Pathetic manners for hospital staff. They’ve taken my vitals three times now. Still haven’t taken me back. Told me there’s a five hour wait ahead for me. Kind of crazy when I could have something wrong with my brain don’t you think? Very ignorant staff. Very sad.

Hannah Huggins: Disappointed with the Lack of Care and Compassion I had a really disappointing experience with Spokane OBGYN. I was experiencing bleeding along with a positive pregnancy test and wasn’t sure what to do. Not feeling like it was an emergency, I called their office three separate times in one day in hopes of speaking with a nurse and did not hear back until much later in the afternoon. When they finally returned my call, I explained my situation, expecting some guidance or reassurance. Instead, I was told to go to urgent care just for a pregnancy test—something I could have done on my own. I asked if I could at least schedule an appointment in case things progressed or changed, but the person on the phone first said yes, then retracted the offer, saying they “wouldn’t know what to schedule it under” since my pregnancy status was uncertain. This was incredibly frustrating—why not just get me on the books and figure it out later? Even if it was just for peace of mind, some level of care and support would have made a huge difference. I had hoped this office would be a place I could turn to for questions, concerns, and guidance, especially since I had never experienced a possible miscarriage before. But instead of feeling supported, I felt brushed off and disregarded. Even though this wasn’t an emergency and I was still in very early pregnancy, I did not feel like I was treated with care, concern, or compassion—which is the bare minimum I would expect from an OBGYN office. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely listens and supports their patients.
