    3 /5 Holly Fritz: My daughter and I have been going here for about three years now. I have been finding myself needing to book and putting it off longer and longer between appointments. I realized after my daughters last experience its not because I dont like their services or because I am trying to grow out my hair or something. I hesitate to book because their booking experience is *super stressful* because it doesnt matter who you book with and you can say on the website that you only want that person when it comes to the actual day about 50% of the time **they switch out your stylist without any warning**. You cant call and request a specific person because they dont have a receptionist and they never answer their phones. My daughter was very careful at her last appointment to book with her stylist while she was there and said she only wanted to see her. So when her next appointment came up she was sure that was supposed to be who it was. Unfortunately her stylist was sick and they called and asked if she could be seen by someone else and she said no I want to wait for her so they booked her about a week out when her normal stylist had an opening. She showed up and lo and behold her stylist was indeed there, but they had booked her with someone else. This has happened to both of us multiple times. (Not the stylist being sick, but the swapping out stylists without letting us know.) I hate getting my haircut - it makes me extremely anxious and Ive had a lot of very bad cuts. I was so happy to find them because I felt like they really listened and I liked a couple of my haircuts quite a bit! I just cant go back to some place that I cant trust to book with someone that Im building relationship with. Thats the entire reason I booked with a specific person. I felt comfortable with that person and I want to see that person again. I dont understand how if I book an appointment at the end of my appointment with my stylist how it could possibly get switched out by the time that next appointment rolls around. We both have check the online booking to make sure its set up for the correct person right up until the day of! It causes me too much worry. Im going to move on to look for somewhere new.
    1 /5 Lindsey Urton: I have never wrote a bad review in my life but I don’t want another girl to go through what I went through. I went in the salon with ginger hair, I asked to go as light as possible and get a little trim. Tell me why I left with DARK BROWN HAIR and hair shorter than my shoulders. I thought I would try a new salon but I spent nearly $500!!! And ended up leaving SOBBING. I went back in to rebook and see if I could get it fixed, they did not offer a discount and yes I still tipped. They did not offer a discount to get it fixed just tried to explain to me that it was a miscommunication even though the hair I left with was nothing remotely what I had asked for. I called back multiple times that week to see if they would be able to make it right, they did not answer the phone as I believe they knew who was calling. The lady that did my hair did feel really bad, and I know she knew she messed up really bad. My hair is not super healthy so dying it many times was not an option. I understand that mistakes happen, I just don’t understand how I went in asking for blonder and I left with 3 shades darker then what I came in with. I’m writing this because still nothing has been done about this situation and I just can’t justify spending more money I ever have getting my hair done and leaving heartbroken. Like I came back in sobbing and they did nothing but tell me how it ended up looking this rough. I know the pictures aren’t great but I hope this helps. The first one is a reference.
    5 /5 Isabel Mocca: What an amazing salon with the most welcoming and talented people! I had the pleasure of being Kaitlyns guest and every aspect of my visit was incredible. Starting the appointment with the wellness touch was very unique and I loved it. I felt listened to on what I wanted and that Kaitlyn was quick but also paid such close attention to detail, I knew my hair would be exactly what I wanted! It turned out so beautifully done. So overall, a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be coming back as a long term client while shes around!
    1 /5 sunshyneandsmiles: Today was my third appointment. At my first appointment Id called in advance to schedule a cut AND color. Upon arrival I learned that only time for a cut had been schedule and I had to come back two weeks later for the color. When I returned I showed an image of medium brown hair. My stylist had to ask another stylist how to mix that particular shade. I ended up with dark, espresso-colored hair, not medium brown. I always give a place three chances so I booked with the same person to return a third time two months later. After being seated I was told it would be $255 to lighten my hair with highlights. I declined and agreed to a cut only which seemed to upset the stylist. She cut my hair dry, not wet, and I ended up with uneven hair about an inch longer on the right side. I pointed it out and she gave a half effort attempt to fix it but didnt and I have clearly lopsided hair. She asked that I pay with cash which I did AND still included a 20% tip. I wont be returning.
    2 /5 Sawyer: I came in on a Sunday a couple weeks ago for a hair cut and partial highlights. The salon was beautiful and very clean. Everyone was polite and welcoming. My problem is with the end result of my hair, the length of my hair was perfect except for my bangs which I asked the stylist to cut my bangs below my eyebrows and they ended up being way above my eyebrows which I really didnt like. Then a lot of the highlights were pretty far from my scalp, it looks like I had gotten highlights over a month ago. I had asked her 3 times to please get the highlights as close to my scalp as possible. The last thing is she did a deep conditioning treatment for $35 without telling me she was going to or even asking me if I wanted that. Overall Im disappointed. The pictures attached are 2 days after my appointment.

S Bliss: I almost hate to write this review because I fear it might make Lynda even busier, but she truly deserves the recognition! Lynda is FANTASTIC! This was my first visit after moving to the area, and I was eager for a change that would suit the local climate. I shared some photos of myself with shorter hair and asked for her thoughts on whether to keep it long, cut it a little shorter, or go for a pixie. With a confident smile, she replied, "Lets cut it all off!" From there, we looked at a few pictures and discussed my likes and dislikes. I genuinely appreciated Lyndas honesty and assurance throughout the process. Her confidence in her craft made me feel comfortable, and I knew I was in great hands. The result? An amazing haircut that’s easy to maintain and one that my husband absolutely loves! I’m so thankful to have found Lynda, and I can’t recommend her enough. Just don’t get too busy for me!

She was professional, polite, and a great conversationalist. While the process was a bit long, it was well worth the wait (and she did provide drinks and snacks). The salon itself was beautiful and a boho lovers dream. I love that they had plants, clothing, accessories, and hair products for sale. It was unique and something I haven’t seen before. April Brix: I would go a -5 stars if I could, this place ruined my hairstyle with a terrible, crooked, short cut right before my wedding. I asked for partial highlights and then the stylist colored my hair without asking and charged me a lot extra. And then I just had to pay it. I guess that’s their business model to give extra services without asking and then make their customers pay for it. Worst experience ever. And because I had such terrible service, I am now banned from their salon after asking for a partial refund to pay for having to get my hair fixed somewhere else. Their solution was for me to come back in and have a stylist ”fix” it. I was actually sort of shocked that they didn’t offer a refund. In response to your response below, no, this was the photo before the fix, check your email again. I sent a couple of other photos that were the fix from another salon. Dosha did a great job. As I mentioned in my email to you, I recently moved close to this salon location and didn’t realize it was connected to the other location - I never really focused on the name of the place. I’ve just never been treated so badly and then to think of you banning people you do that to. Why didn’t your salon just immediately say they would at least pay for the fix? This big “threat” I gave was to report your practice to your own licensing organization to let them know. You saying I threatened you leaves people to believe an untruth, like I was a danger to your employees. That is far from the truth. That’s two falsehoods in your response, pretty bad.

isabella johnson: ****EMBER IS THE BEST STYLIST**** I havent had a haircut in three years and was very nervous for my haircut today. I had an appointment with Ember, and she immediately made me feel comfortable! I needed a trim and adding layers to my natural curls and she was FANTASTIC!! She did a great job with the trim and gave me exactly the shape I wanted. Kept my length as well. She had excellent customer service. If you ever need to get a haircut, I highly recommend going to Ember.
