Halo Designs - Vancouver Ann Koontz: Iāve been getting my hair cut by Charlene for the last 15 years, and she is absolutely amazing. Iāve always been happy with my haircuts. She has been great with communicating and making sure weāre both on the same page with what I want before she starts cutting. Sheās super knowledgeable and continues to stay up to date on new products, techniques, and styles. Love love love Charlene and everyone at Halo Designs!!
Bee Sam Beauty Hair Salon - Vancouver Erin Arnold: I had my first gray blending appointment with Sam this morning and I am so incredibly impressed with Samās expertise. It was my first time undergoing any sort of hair treatment so I was pretty nervous doing anything to my hair. Sam, however, was so kind and patient, and really took the time to explain all of the options and where we can go with my gray blending journey. Also had so much fun chatting and getting to know her! Already looking forward to my next appointment!
Spoiled Spa and Salon - Vancouver April Brix: I would go a -5 stars if I could, this place ruined my hairstyle with a terrible, crooked, short cut right before my wedding. I asked for partial highlights and then the stylist colored my hair without asking and charged me a lot extra. And then I just had to pay it. I guess thatās their business model to give extra services without asking and then make their customers pay for it. Worst experience ever. And because I had such terrible service, I am now banned from their salon after asking for a partial refund to pay for having to get my hair fixed somewhere else. Their solution was for me to come back in and have a stylist āfixā it. I was actually sort of shocked that they didnāt offer a refund.
In response to your response below, no, this was the photo before the fix, check your email again. I sent a couple of other photos that were the fix from another salon. Dosha did a great job. As I mentioned in my email to you, I recently moved close to this salon location and didnāt realize it was connected to the other location - I never really focused on the name of the place. Iāve just never been treated so badly and then to think of you banning people you do that to. Why didnāt your salon just immediately say they would at least pay for the fix? This big āthreatā I gave was to report your practice to your own licensing organization to let them know. You saying I threatened you leaves people to believe an untruth, like I was a danger to your employees. That is far from the truth. Thatās two falsehoods in your response, pretty bad.

I havent had a haircut in three years and was very nervous for my haircut today. I had an appointment with Ember, and she immediately made me feel comfortable! I needed a trim and adding layers to my natural curls and she was FANTASTIC!! She did a great job with the trim and gave me exactly the shape I wanted. Kept my length as well. She had excellent customer service. If you ever need to get a haircut, I highly recommend going to Ember.

The Red Chair Salon & Spa - - Vancouver Sadie Goodwin: I would NOT recommend. Long hair with layers seemed to be difficult for TWO stylists. I didnāt think much of it when the one I booked with called a coworker over to help add layers until the next day. (My hair was styled and I didnāt notice & I donāt frequent salons often at all) . Missing sections of hair completely! I then realized I had TWO different haircuts. This will take years to grow back. Thankful for Nico Bella Salon in Camas for fixing as much as they could. When I put trust in someone to cut my hair I would not think to go back to the same person.
My daughters booked us matching permanent jewelry appointments here also. The same evening one bracelet fell off. Went back in to get it re welded. Although the staff seems friendly, spending over $300 Red Chair Salon services are definitely not for me. The only satisfactory I came away with is the $1.00 hair scrunchies they sell.
Encore Salon - Vancouver Kathryn Haynes: Encore is a wonderful salon with a warm atmosphere and amazing service. I have been going to Maxine for over a year, and she solved my hair troubles! I donāt want to go anywhere else. She always listens to me, and I always leave a happy customer.
Majestic Elegance Salon - Vancouver Patricia Witherite: Iāve recently moved to Vancouver, WA and wanted to find a new salon close by. I did a search and read through a few reviews on several salon websites and thought Iād give Majestic Elegance a try based on what I read. Wow - did I find a treasure! I was able to book an appointment within 2 days! I arrived to find a magical atmosphere - calm music, bubbling water, relaxing decor - and Tilly greeted me and made me feel like a longtime client. After a brief introduction and conversation she knew exactly what I needed/wanted. Iāve had bright pink hair for 4 years and during our move Iāve let it grow out - it seriously needed some magic ā¦ and thatās exactly what happened. I have, as Tilly exclaimed āenough hair for two peopleā but that didnāt phase her. In the course of 2 hours (nearly 3) my hair was transformed into a beautifully blended color to allow my hair to continue to grow out and back to my natural color and the best āBobā haircut ever! I left feeling extremely happy with the results and Iām looking forward to my next visit. I know if I ever choose to go back to pink Tilly will take care of that too!
