2 /5 Tahlia Edgar-Chalker: The salon itself was beautiful, and Jedediah was very friendly. However, my experience was less than ideal. I had booked a haircut, but it was clear that he had overbooked himself. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes late, and when I got there, another client was still in the chair. I waited another 10 minutes or so, and when it was finally my turn, Jedediah listened to what I wanted but didn’t ask many follow-up questions about the style. He washed my hair, but before finishing the cut, another client arrived for her appointment. He then asked me to wait while he started her color, leaving me sitting with wet hair and a half-finished haircut for about 15 minutes.
Once he returned, he rushed through the rest of the cut, and when he began blow-drying my hair, another client showed up to wait. At this point, there were three clients waiting on one stylist. The blowout was rushed and didn’t look great, and the layers in my hair were choppy and not at all what I had asked for. In the end, he offered the cut for free as an apology, which I appreciated. While Jedediah was kind and polite, it was clear that he had overbooked himself and was unable to give me the attention I needed.
