I have total respect for her because Dr. Bal tells me honestly, fairly and in a kind way whats wrong with me. Many of us, including me go to the Internet to self diagnose. Ive gone in to see her and said this is what I have wrong with me. She always clarifies what Ive said to her and then we have a discussion. I am once again, completely impressed with yet another member of their team. Not being able to see my PCM, I was scheduled with Dr. Robertson. Not only did her MA speak about her with high regard, the young lady who scheduled the appointment shared a similar opinion saying she had heard nothing but high praise of Dr. Robertson. This put me at ease and once she walked in the door, I was impressed. She was professional, empathetic, exceptional listening skills and took the time to peruse my history and help me understand my current situation. With her previous practice being an OB/GYN, I felt even more blessed that I had her experience to help me, with my current situation. I am very impressed with her. Once again, Skagit Regional, you got yet another incredible addition to your team, to take care of us. If you are looking at reviews because you need a good doctor, Skagit has some very impressive ones and Dr. Robertson is one of them. Jim Rabenstein: As with other urgent care facilities I expected to be there a while so I brought along my iPad to pass the time. I barely got it turned on and was called back. The nurse was very friendly and did a great job listening to me and taking my vitals. The doctor came in shortly after and asked me a few questions about my upper respiratory issues and listened to my lungs. He sent me back for a few chest X-ray’s (just down the hall). The x-ray technician was very friendly and efficient. When we were done she took me back to my room and a short time later the doctor was back with a diagnosis and ready to send prescriptions to my local pharmacy. The entire visit only took about half an hour. The entire staff, from check in to departure was very friendly and professional. Excellent service and quality care.

Kenneth Kurz: This was without a doubt the WORST urgent care facility that I have ever walked into. They had no desire to help my young sons who was in pain. I went up and they asked about insurance, I told them that Ibhad United and Tricare l. They replied that they don’t take either (sorry Military and Veterans). I then asked to pay cash so we could be seen. They said that they would not help me since I had insurance. So they won’t take my insurance and then I can’t pay cash either. It’s great to see that Family Care Network doesn’t support the military and doesn’t care about the health and safety of our community.

Rachelle Miner: Having moved back to the Valley a few years ago, I had to get a new primary doctor. I wanted someone younger, and motivated and also a DO if possible. I am happy to say that Dr Hafen is all of the above. My first appt he took the time (45 minutes) for me to tell him everything about me and get to know what I was looking for. He did not do the typical "well blood work is normal, sorry" routine. It was such a relief. I have been seeing him now for a few years and am so happy that I chose the right primary for me. As a small business owner in Mount Vernon, I chat with my clients with all sorts of things. I always recommend him if they are looking for a new doctor. I dont normally even do reviews, but he deserves it.

Ryan Ostrom: I have been trying to change pharmacies for over a week with no success. The phone system does not allow calls into the office. I physically walked in 3 days in a row in an effort to communicate with them and was supposed to get a call back which never happened. The portal won’t let me log in and nobody can seem to help me with it. I have no idea how anyone could work with these people. If I could give negative stars, negative one million stars would be an accurate depiction of the service. .
