A few of my nails were smudged, and the color just wasn’t turning out the way I expected— it didn’t look like a decent finish at all. When I expressed that I was dissatisfied with the results, the technician told me they would remove the polish for an additional $10 charge, despite the smudges being their mistake. This was just regular nail polish, not gel or anything more complicated.
Then, after I decided I didn’t want any additional designs, she came back and applied a thick layer of top coat, which ended up dripping down my nails. It was really disappointing.
