04-2025 SoSo Club Hair Salon in The Best 18 Hair Salons in Bellevue, WA (part 2) Hair Studio 18 - Bellevue Divya Mathew: Ive passed by Hair Studio 18 quite a number of times and one day decided to stop by for a consultation and prices and spoke with Dana. I read the positive reviews about the salon and specifically her, and decided to give them a try and Im so happy I did.
Dana is a magic worker with a sweet soul :)
She is a talented hair professional with extensive experience. I got a hair cut, balayage and a keratin treatment done here. For context, I have thick, black, frizzy Indian hair and wanted a sleek but natural look and she delivered it. She told me exactly what to expect, calmed my anxities(mostly because of bad experience in the past). She answered my questions and never lost patience, she even shared haircare tips. I bought the shampoo and conditioner that she recommended from the salon but it was not a sales pitch in anyway.
You can tell that Dana genuinely cares about her clients and strives to achieve the results they want. She did her magic and Voila! (See pics for results.)
I get so many compliements for my hair, all thanks to Dana :) Ive found my stylist!
P.S- This is washed and dried keratin treated hair with a dark balayage, as per my request.
Space Salon - Bellevue khanh bui: My wife went here to have her dead ends cut off and a bang trims. She specifically asked for 1/2 an inch off but was told it was going more than an inch because of how much there was. She accepted the recommendation. She was then offered layered cuts, which she refused because she had had it before, and it did not look good. The stylist did the layered cuts ANYWAYS. Causing her hair to look awkward and choppy. She then asked for a bang trim with specific instructions that only her existing bangs should be trimmed as she has her specific preferences. The stylist cut her bangs and then ADDED more bangs but cutting off hair that she was trying to grow longer. A visit that was supposed to be around $80, but because she forced the layered upcharge, it became $100. My wife even tipped her $20 for her hair to not only be ruined for MONTHS; she would have to get extensions to fix the damages that were done to her hair. We are expecting a refund AND additional compensation for my wife hair treatment. Her hair was so bad she came home, CRYING to me. Pictures are of before and after. $120 to get her hair ruined and self-image destroyed. This review will be published on other platforms as well. Please advise when visiting here that your opinion does not matter.
Joe Bae Salon - Bellevue Joanne Turnbull: Lindsay is the best!! She’s been my stylist for several years now and she definitely has the magic touch when it comes to all things hair. She is very knowledgeable about color and super talented with such a gentle touch when it comes to cuts and styling. I’ve never been disappointed and my husband always raves about my hair when I get home. And to top it off, Lindsay is the sweetest, most wonderful girl!!
Joe, the owner of Joe Bae, and his lovable dog are a joy to know! He has created a fabulous salon and filled it with kind, creative humans.
As I venture forth in my next chapter of life in California, I shall miss this shop and most especially Lindsay.
Salon 8 - Bellevue Tanya: I saw Chelsea today for the first time and she did a fantastic job. My hair is done exactly how I wanted. I have been coloring my hair for years now and have never gotten even close to what I wanted but today I did. will definitely be coming back!
Salon De Beaute - Bellevue Selena Riley: Ti is a master of his craft, he is so skilled and takes careful consideration of his clients. It was such a pleasant experience. The studio is very chic and has free parking! They do hair, nails, wax and massage. Can’t wait to be back, thanks Ti!
Sola Salon Studios - bellevue - Bellevue J P: My daughter and I have been going to Gladys for over 5 years now. She is friendly and has great prices. Gladys does a great job and always cuts my hair the way I like!
Square Roots Salon - Bellevue Linda Lei: I was looking for Goldwell Elumen salon specifically and on Goldwell’s website, they highly recommend Square Roots Salon. Their website lists their hair stylists’ profiles and I found Jaimee who has extensive experience with Goldwell. When I arrived at the salon, she greeted me with a very warm smile and positive energy. She offered me a nice cup of coffee and then started hair consultation with me. She gave me lots of her advice on the latest Goldwell products and colors. She was so well prepared that she made sure the color didn’t get onto my clothes nor my skull. She even gave me a very soothing skull massage during the wash. The best part is that she listened to me very carefully to all of my needs: she made sure all my white hairs are now colored. She also gave me a refreshing beautiful hair cut. She also recommended hair products for me to keep the color more long lasting and vibrant. I am extremely lucky to have found Jaimee as my new favorite hair stylist. Thanks you so much, Jaimee!
Morning Salon - Bellevue D Jenni: The hair stylist, David, is very experienced and knowledgeable. We had 3 different sessions that went from consulting my hair type (I have fine hair so it’s easily damaged), to bleaching with care, to getting the final results of silver hair.
David is very patient and friendly, he would give me recommendations and provide many options for me to choose from in order to receive the best results possible as well as caring about my hair and scalp health.
I am very pleased dying my hair at Morning Salon and will definitely come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

CHOCOLATE BEAUTY BAR - Bellevue Gauhar Kolossovskaya: I got my hair done by Snizhana. I’m in love with my hair, this is what I was looking for. I requested Korean long Bob and it came up perfectly. Thank you for your care! I can’t stop recommending this place.
Geena Moon Salon - Bellevue Julie Baca: Geena is an exceptional hair stylist and a delight to work with. She starts with a detailed discussion about your current hair routines and goals, and works with you to arrive at a vision that achieves your desired style while best flattering you. She is honest and gives her opinion while ultimately executing your vision as the expert on your own hair.
Both her cuts and coloring skills are reflective of her 25+ years of experience, and will likely be some of the best you ever have. As someone with curly hair I find it difficult to find hair stylists I can trust, and am very happy to have found her.
She also strongly emphasizes client education, and ensures that you understand how to best take care of your hair given your hair type, goals, and lifestyle.
I rarely leave fully positive reviews, but I struggled to come up with any negative points. I wholly recommend you give her a try if you are in the area!
