5 /5 Linda Lei: I was looking for Goldwell Elumen salon specifically and on Goldwell’s website, they highly recommend Square Roots Salon. Their website lists their hair stylists’ profiles and I found Jaimee who has extensive experience with Goldwell. When I arrived at the salon, she greeted me with a very warm smile and positive energy. She offered me a nice cup of coffee and then started hair consultation with me. She gave me lots of her advice on the latest Goldwell products and colors. She was so well prepared that she made sure the color didn’t get onto my clothes nor my skull. She even gave me a very soothing skull massage during the wash. The best part is that she listened to me very carefully to all of my needs: she made sure all my white hairs are now colored. She also gave me a refreshing beautiful hair cut. She also recommended hair products for me to keep the color more long lasting and vibrant. I am extremely lucky to have found Jaimee as my new favorite hair stylist. Thanks you so much, Jaimee!

5 /5 Yifan Ning: I want to give my full compliments to Jamee, who is also the owner. I was originally booked for another stylist, whose schedule got overloaded somehow. To reduce my wait time, Jamee herself kindly took me in instead. Her cut was fabulous and she was so kind and approachable! She even made sure the bill I received was consistent with the price in my original appointment.

I actually moved to Vegas recently and just come back so Jessica can do my hair. I highly, highly recommend. Best salon / stylist in Bellevue (or anywhere for that matter)!

Julie Baca: Geena is an exceptional hair stylist and a delight to work with. She starts with a detailed discussion about your current hair routines and goals, and works with you to arrive at a vision that achieves your desired style while best flattering you. She is honest and gives her opinion while ultimately executing your vision as the expert on your own hair. Both her cuts and coloring skills are reflective of her 25+ years of experience, and will likely be some of the best you ever have. As someone with curly hair I find it difficult to find hair stylists I can trust, and am very happy to have found her. She also strongly emphasizes client education, and ensures that you understand how to best take care of your hair given your hair type, goals, and lifestyle. I rarely leave fully positive reviews, but I struggled to come up with any negative points. I wholly recommend you give her a try if you are in the area!

Laura Atencio: Trinity was super kind and knowledgeable during my first visit today! She knew how to frame my bangs, had excellent energy, and took the time to perfect my bangs when I wanted them slightly modified after she checked in with me during the cut. I cant wait to come back again in a few months :) The salon itself is beautiful and super sunny. The staff is welcoming, fun, and the tunes are just right :)

Whether it’s the fun green wallpaper, the coffee and wine offerings, or the friendly people who work there, you can tell that House of Hebe has put so much thought into the experience. And that’s all without saying how great my hair turned out! I’m booked and ready to be back!

I scheduled an appt online then 3 days later I get this text message: "Appointment cannot be accommodated due to: [blank]" So I called to schedule an appt over the phone with a human, then 3 days later I get this text message: "Appointment cannot be accommodated due to: [stylist name] is not taking any new mens clients" 1st message: no reason given 2nd message: why schedule me, then cancel me knowing that I am a new client & a man from the get-go

Lilly Jones: The business itself seemed clean and nice enough, but the stylist I saw did not give me the cut I asked for. I showed her 4 pictures of the style I wanted and she ended up cutting WAY too much of my length off and the cut I ended up with was not anything I asked for. Cant even get my hair into a ponytail now to hide this mess. SO UPSET!!

Sarah: Came to Charlie for an emergency fix from a different stylist who gave me "balayage" when it was really highlights. I am so impressed with what Charlie was able to do in our 3.5 hour session (balayage/tone, haircut)! Hes a master at his technique - one way you can tell is he is checking your posture and head positioning as you go to make sure your haircut is even. Ive been to a handful of stylists in the past and only the good ones do that. Hes no nonsense and totally locked in on your hair - which is exactly what I would expect from a stylist.
