The facility is sizeable and a bit of a maze but the staff are helpful in navigating you around. Parking is sufficient. Really no complaints, thank you for servicing us vets.

5 /5 DAVID FORSYTH: Seattle VA Dental Clinic. I am beyond satisfied with the dental care I received. I had a crown break off. They did a root canal. The climate of this dental office is unique. The quality service is worth the wait. The staff is amazing from the moment you arrive appointments, dental hygienist, Dental assistant, and the DR that performed my root canal all get my full endorsement. They were all amazing.

1 /5 Karel Saquing: I would give zero stars if I could. I moved to WA in March of 2024. The soonest intake appointment was September 2024, which I booked and scheduled. A week before my appointment, I was called and informed that they could not see me because the doctor had taken a vacation. They said they would call me back to reschedule. I received a call back in December 2024 for an appointment in January; however, because they scheduled me for an appointment at a different location, they had to cancel the appointment. I have gone almost a full year in WA and have not even been assigned a primary care provider with the VA and the Seattle location is not even the closest one to me, but it is the only one accepting patients.

1 /5 Druann Urness: ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL STAFF I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AS A NURSE. I assist an elderly veteran who has lost his sight. We called to receive help and advice for an eye infection after his recent surgery. They were extremely rude and accused him of seeking narcotics when all we were trying to do is make sure this pain is normal or not. I cannot begin to explain how EXTREMELY disappointed and disturbed by their actions I am. The way they treat our veterans has been a constant struggle for a long time, and I WILL NOT stand for the verbal abuse of our veterans. Bedside manner is one of the first things you learn when attending beginning classes for nursing and so on. They need to learn how to have a little compassion and readjust their actions.

T Vaziri: Avoid this Hospital emergency room at all costs. Most of the time, the place is overcrowded, and the staff seem unqualified or dismissive. I went there with a severe headache and body pain, but the nurse simply told me that nothing was wrong. I later overheard he saying to someone else that I had "bruises" on my body. The next day, I felt much worse and decided to go to Overlake Hospital in Bellevue. They ran a blood test and discovered my white blood cell count was three times higher than normal. If you value your health and want proper care, do not go to this hospital.

Frelima Dixon: This place is Awesome, maybe not the newest facility but VERY Good people working in there who are sensitive to the family nature and have whats best in mind for the patients. They dont play no messy back and forth. If wayward family members are in there, causing disturbances and wanting to pull the plug over their patients, they will restrict that in order to continue to heal the patient and only deal with the spouse or if no spouse is present the next closest member. They will not allow childish family disturbances, which is a Peace of Mind they are so Awesome. This is not Palative Care, so there are no dying patients who are not expected to recover, they are very attentive with patients and skilled in their treatments, with patience.

James Rivera: I was brought in last week with a brain seizure. I was treated in the ICU and the Epilepsy floor (5th). These folks were all truly amazing. Each individual that I interacted with was extremely caring and just wonderful people. This was obviously not the ideal situation to be in, but Im so very grateful that I was brought to this hospital. I would especially like to mention my friend Davit, (unfortunately I dont know his last name) who helped me in ways that he may never know. Im grateful and thankful to be alive today and these people were all a big part of my recovery. Best to all of you.

Overlake Medical Center - Bellevue

Diana R: The ER lobby was dirty, the ER rooms itself looked a bit run down. The staff were fine but I feel the set up was just not entirely appropriate. Once you speak to a provider in the back they take you back out to a cubicle in the ER lobby to wait to be called for any lab or imaging to be done and then also to get your results/ follow up with provider afterwards. You have someone on either side of you and the walls are probably 4ft tall. Literally almost no privacy and you can clearly hear doctors discussing results / treatment plans etc with a patient next to you.. Just overall not comfortable and even if this is “allowed” does not seem appropriate or private in a healthcare setting while receiving care. I understand this is likely to free up rooms in the back but we must have better options than this. Also as far as the wait I’ve been told 45min-1 hour for results and it’s been well over an hour and a half and still no results have come back.

She listens closely and treats causes as well as symptoms. She knows that I am not a fan of unnecessary procedures or medications and focused on exactly what Ive needed - not more or less. Im giving them 5 stars easily.

Rachel Klinkatsis: You will get medically gaslit at this emergency room. My primary docs suggest I never come here again. They do not listen to symptoms and the ER doc interrupted while I was trying to explain my symptoms saying thats not it and invalidated my feelings every turn. I was forced to come here because my primary care deemed me severe. But they told me never to go here again and just go to Swedish hospital. Do you health a favor never come here.

General Internal Medicine Center at UW Medical Center - Roosevelt - Seattle

Mark: Ive been going to this clinic to see my primary care physician for at least 7-years now. I was in my 20s and lived nearby when I began using this clinic for follow-up care after a major medical event. I sometimes cant see my doctor because theyre over-booked, so I get in with a resident instead. Ive never had a bad experience with this. I see my primary care physician a few times each year, and if I have an emergent situation the residents always take great care of me. I strongly recommend UW General Internal Medicine, and all UW medical services in general. I had a near-death experience in 2018 and I wouldnt be alive if it werent for UW Hospital and UW General Internal Medicines thorough follow-up care.

Lydia Moore: I wish I could do 1-star. This facility does not seem to care about their patients and have made that prominent to me not just once, but 5 times. I just want to be seen and have a doctor that cares about their patients and not just ticking off the box. Every time I have had a virtual appointment my care team has been 20 + minutes late. Since this has been a trend, the care team may as well schedule the appt for when they are going to actually come on, instead of wasting the time that their patients have to take off of work and pay.

Nadia Karimi: I had a very disappointing experience at this emergency room. There were only a few patients waiting, but the wait time was extremely long. The reception staff and security were laughing so loudly, it was very disturbing for patients who were in pain. The nurses called patients’ names very quietly from far away, without any clear instructions, so many patients didn’t hear their names. The staff also seemed tired and unfriendly, treating patients like a burden instead of people in pain. This is not how patients should be treated in an emergency room. I hope they improve their care and communication.
