5 /5 Charrissa Anne Benavides: My mom(who is a tourist) and I visited Whidbey health walk-in Clinic for her to get prescription for her maintenance meds. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed with the level of service. The reception staff greeted us warmly, answered our questions and concerns in an excellent manner and checked us in within minutes. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and organized. The clinic seemed well-maintained and up-to-date.
When it was my mom’s turn, the medical assistant who took her vitals was exceptionally kind and professional. Dr. Jeffrey Carroll attended to her shortly afterward. He was attentive and thorough, taking the time to listen to my mom’s explanation and concerns. We also appreciate the clear instructions to get my mom’s medications. The whole experience was seamless.
Overall, our experience with the clinic is great. The staff were friendly and professional, the wait time was minimal, and the quality of care was top-notch. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of prompt and professional medical attention.
